Very usually long wait. We ordered our food at 6:57 pm yesterday evening. Arrived to a drive thru and was told to wait at the front of the restaurant. Around 8:00 pm still no food. Kept being told to wait because of short staffing. Keep in mind I ordered online! They have no ambition, no customer skills, and no enthusiasm to work. This location needs to be evaluated to make a better work environment. Took almost 2 hrs to get an online order.

Arrive to pickup order they have no clue and no order showed my phone with the order. The women at this location are rude and completely unprofessional. Girl brings the food to my car standing behind the driver door with the bag hanging on her finger and said nothing I snatched the food from her and she had the nerve to say something. I waited long for my order and my food wasn’t right. I went back so they can get it right, the short boy with the glasses got an attitude with because they got the order wrong. Didn’t want to give me no honey after I asked them to give me honey and only gave me one honey with 3 biscuits. So I got food to my sick father and noticed they didn’t give me my 5 piece chicken. I mostly definitely will be calling hr about that.

I live down the street from this particular Popeyes and every blue moon. I try to give them a chance, but it is the worst establishment I have ever visited. The person who is supposed to be the night shift manager is literally walking out the door and cussing at people in the drive-through and being very loud and obnoxious in her lobby at one time even yelling out I’m a Fallon. Visit this place.at your own risk. Whoever owns this establishment or either corporate does nothing about it because it has been like this for years go elsewhere. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! I ended up leaving with half my order because I was not willing to wait another second for the rest of it. I told them just to give me whatever they had bagged so I could go. Have to add ended up throwing it all away. Chicken was burn to jerky This place should be shut down!!!!

The workers should all be fired, swearing non stop very rude when talking to you the customer and to eachother. I ordered online and yet I got to the place 15 minutes after I ordered it and still had to wait 45 minutes. Every customer was very pissed off at how there service was. My order was wrong and all i did was order 4 boxes of the 12 pack of wings. 3 bone in and 1 boneless. They didnt give the right flavoring of sauce that I asked for when I ordered it online. This place is a joke ill never go back again nor do I hope anyone else goes there either.

Drove up. Watched a dude at the drive thru immediately chuck his drink out of his window onto the ground and drive off. Should’ve been a sign.
Waited roughly half an hour for our food. Was told that the reason was that our sandwiches were accidentally made with bacon and cheese which we didn’t ask for. Okay, fine. Turns out only one of the sandwiches had bacon and cheese, but they remade my sandwich anyways, which was the reason for the wait. So we could’ve gotten our food like 20 minutes earlier if someone bothered to check the bag.
We witnessed maybe 2 out of 3 customers come back into the store during our visit because of mistakes or missing items with their orders.
Manager on duty openly threatened to “let go” the lady that was taking our orders, as we were about to order. Edit: forgot to add that manager then 5 seconds later gaslit the employee about “it’s not about threatening you” and some other stuff, again, right in front of multiple customers including us.
Final and mostly minor gripe, be prepared to take a coat with you if you intend to eat inside. They keep the A/C terribly cold. I assume it has something to do with the cooking area being isolated behind the glass, so they keep it that cool for staff comfort, which, cool, keep your staff cool, but also it’s freezing, and my gf had to walk outside cuz she couldn’t feel her fingers.
The food was good! Only docked a star on that because of the long wait time and slightly incorrect order.
Avoid at all costs. No idea how this place is still up and running

The service was fantastic. The young lady running in the front is doing her thing. The older lady is throwing the tongs down the beans just walking slow. I don’t know what y’all got going on there, but she’s doing a great job on top All the orders doing a great job keep it up

I came through the drive-thru on Thursday, November 13, 2025 a little after noon. I roll up to the window, the lady working the speakerbox said “one moment please.” So I said, “Okay, no problem.” She then YELLS back over the speaker: “I SAID GIVE ME A MINUTE!” So I yelled back with a simple “And I said NO PROBLEM.”
After being spoken to like that for no reason, I left without ordering and went to Krispy Krunchy Chicken on Telegraph instead. Much better chicken; much nicer people.
I would advise the manager give whoever was working the speakerbox on 11/13/25 @ 12:10pm some training on customer service. Lesson 1: As a general rule, people don’t like being shouted at.
Side note: there was only one other car in line. Girl, what the hell are you so wound up about?

waited in the drive through for 40 minutes… when I got to the speaker waited another 15 mins. got to the window , no hello….gave me my food. I looked and wasn’t happy with it. The Man grabbed the bag and slammed the window… no sorry. no nothing. the MGR came and she said that chicken just came out of grease. The girl who handed me the new chicken just handed it to me and slammed the window. Very unprofessional and alot of attitude.
