This was a last minute stop. They were polite, quick and efficient! I went through drive thru. Everything I needed was there except my favorite honey for the biscuits. I got the special for $21 for the family meal with the small Carmel swirl cheesecake and a drink. I recommend this place for a quick meal for the family for sure.

I ordered my food online and it said online still processing and never told me when it was done so I just showed up and the person in the cash register told me somebody took your order. I’m like OK. Could you give me something for the inconvenience? the manager looked at me said oh you showed up too late mind you it said still processing the order so I never had a timeframe to show up. Another person came in and questioned the clerk, and it says somebody with my name took that DoorDash an order claim he had my name and he took my order all I asked for something for my inconvenience like a sandwich potatoes or even a drink. They didn’t want want offer any of that and they just gave me a bunch of thighs, which we don’t eat a bunch of thighs at my house super unprofessional

I went through the drive through and asked for light mayonnaise twice. After the second set of sandwiches looked like this, I spoke with the manager. She happily said she would remake my sandwiches a THIRD time. I gave a 2 star review because at least the manager was nice.

Horrible experience, I usually don’t give one star, but this experience was bad. I had to order boneless chicken wings. I did order through the app and the app did not update for approximately 1 hour it kept saying your order will be ready soon. So I said let’s go to the branch, and I went to this branch and they said we don’t have boneless chicken wings, I was so disappointed, they had to do the order from scratch, i waited another 15 mins there. I chose the signature hot, it was extremely extremely spicy hot. I didn’t expect that, I didn’t like it. I had food poisoning the next day, and diarrhea. The whole experience was not good, I would not recommend this Branch or Popeye’s at all!

This location is NASTY! The entryway door had fingerprints all over it! all the glass in the entryway had fingerprints from top to bottom. The floors haven’t been mopped. The glass at the counter was covered with fingerprints. I couldn’t eat anything out of this location.

I haven’t Popeyes chicken for quite a while so I pulled in and ordered a three-piece order came up to $10 I gave the young lady my debit card and I wanted to order a small red beans and rice she said it would be under $3 so I gave her a different debit card but she charged me 13 dollars instead of $3 so in total my three piece cost me $23 and some change I was very disappointed because the young lady must have been distracted The meal was okay but it was not fresh this was a drive-through order the experience left me disappointed because the refund process I was told would take 45 days I was thinking about going back and explaining to the manager what happened but I stay 50 miles from where I purchase the meal I had a doctor’s appointment in that area where I stay there’s no Popeye’s Chicken

Ordered the big meal with large Mac and cheese and they gave me a small thing of mashed potatoes instead I ordered when they were close to closing time but there is no need making it incorrect. Poor customer service.
