Typically, I enjoy Popeyes, but today, my experience, or the lack of it, was not great. My husband and I arrived at 10:28. The door was open, and the aroma was amazing. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and said hello a couple of times each, but no one appeared. Finally, someone appeared, then another, but neither of them could take our order, so we watched each of them tell someone we were at the counter. At 10:35, we decided to leave. If the hidden person were on a call with the owners, a distributor, or corporate, we would have understood. All we needed was an acknowledgement that the person who should have been taking our order would be with us soon. My husband informed me that this was not the first time that he had experienced this. Common courtesy goes a long way in customer service, and today, you all missed the mark. We will continue to eat at Popeyes, maybe not at this location.

I’m so glad Goshen has a Popeyes. Everything is always hot & fresh. Inside is very clean, and all the staff are nice. One notable thing is the DM has a headset on and working his restaurant. I have zero complaints. Highly recommend. Thanks Lewis!

I cannot rate the food because I have never had food from here. There are plenty who must like it because they order from here.
My experience is delivering out of this restaurant. I have had multiple issues picking up orders. I would mainly say; plan on spending some time, it may be waiting on your food or waiting to be waited on.

Before we move on to the Christmas season, I need to say how thankful I am to Lewis that works at the Goshen Popeyes location. I was unable to locate a Popeyes turkey (which if you have never had one, you must try) for Thanksgiving. Lewis went above and beyond to help me locate one. It was so wonderful to receive excellent customer service. Although, I did not eat at this location, I gave it five stars for atmosphere because the personable tone and helpful attitude created an atmosphere that made me feel welcomed and valued. Thank you for helping to make our Thanksgiving special. Everyone loved the turkey!

Ok first- Food. Chicken was good but overcooked, the spicy chicken isn’t even spicy fries were weirdly chewy. Biscuit was great. I wanted to pay in cash so I waited at the counter for 10 minutes with no hell and then noticed the kiosk. Ordered waited at the counter cause I have to pay with my cash before they even start making it. So another 10 minutes waiting until someone helped at the register. They were nice. Floor and tables are messy. Everyone working gives weird looks and they don’t seem happy. Lastly the prices are crazy for Goshen Indiana. I would expect this in a city but…

Check your bag before you leave because they don’t. Missing food and can’t even make a sandwich to the specified order. Apparently ordering on the app allows this place to wash their hands clean of any mistakes as well as they will refuse a refund if you order on the app. Typical fast food workers messing around instead of working behind the counter with their phones in their hands, not giving a single ounce of care about the customer. Fries are always soggy, chicken is typically cold. I was excited when they announced it was coming to Goshen because I loved Popeyes until I ate at this location. They give the whole chain a bad name. Go next door to Hopper’s instead. I’ll never return.

Waited in the drive through to have my order taken, my kid wanted the fnaf meal. They canceled the meal. Asked if they had the same stuff outside the meal deal, they did. Had it all rung up and they were out of the cheese sticks. Ordered chicken tenders and Mac and cheese with buffalo sauce. Waited 10 min to get to take my order, 15 to get my food and it was wrong. When we pulled up the gentleman that was waking up to the inside counter he was still waiting for his food. They said they were trying to rush to get a customer who was waiting 14 min to get there food. I told them I waited at least that long and you got my order all wrong. No apologies no care given. $16 for three tenders and a small thing of nav and cheese and poor service.

I’m only giving a one star cause it write a review food wasn’t good me and my wife biscuits tasted like pickles, the chicken wasn’t even juicy or good I had one that was slightly frozen in the middle gave my son the spicy chicken tenders when it was so post to be classic.
