Well, to be honest, this was the worst Popeye experience I have ever had. To begin with, they didn’t have enough chicken. I waited for a really long time for my order. I was told there weren’t any breasts in the last batch cooked. That meant I was there while two batches cooked. I lost track of time I was there so long. I waited patiently since I had paid. While waiting, I observed the lights over the service counter were all broken, not good because the broken glass shades were right over the counter where food was presented. Secondly, I noticed the place was not clean. This isn’t good for a place that serves food. They also wanted exact change unless you used a credit card. As a sorry for the inconvenience, I was given one chicken wing, and a large fountain soda, instead of the medium size that came with my meal, along with my order. You can see from the photos that the place needs to be cleaned and fixed up. I don’t plan to go here for food again. I wonder if the manager is aware of the conditions at this location.

Been living in this area since April 2018 & every time I’d come here I’d have issues. Items would be missing, order never ready on time & staff was very rude. Came today (03/24/2023) & the whole restaurant has improved. Shorter male w/ the locs working the register was very polite and constantly apologized/kept me updated with my order. The entire atmosphere is so much better.

This is my new favorite location!!! I don’t stay I er this way but I will gladly drive the extra just to come to this location!!! The staff was sweet and helpful!! The service was quick!! Food was fresh! Everything was stocked and working!!

This place is the worst. First the drive-through menu is busted – either shot or hit with a rock so it is completely blank. So I had to guess at what to order. After sitting at the window for 5 minutes, they asked me to pull forward because my sandwich needed 3 more minutes. After another 10 minutes, I backed up to the window and when I asked where my food was, was told I asked for it to “drop fresh” and I need to be patient. I was late for my meeting so asked for a refund. The manager then came out and started yelling that no one told me it was going to be 10 minutes. I reminded her she told me it would be 3 more minutes 10 minutes ago. She then said the sandwich was ready, do I still want it. I said yes, but then they brought it out from the back room so there was no way I was going to eat it at that point.

Came in at around 7PM on Sunday June 11. The store was super busy, but the staff was working their absolute hardest to get the orders filled as quickly as possible. They were super nice and courteous to all the customers and got everyone their food that was waiting within a few minutes of me being there.

Absolutely horrendous. The Drive-thru board was smashed and had a sign saying to order at the speaker (don’t go to the window). Waited 3 minutes at a blank menu board and then went to the window only to be ignored. I ended up leaving.

Placed a mobile order 2 min before arriving. Waited a couple minutes at the drive through with no service, then waited 14 minutes to receive our food. They were out of half our order, and the food we did get was only warm.

I would not recommend going here. I was doing doordash and walked in and waited about 20 minutes, just for the workers to help 2 people that came in after me. At one point I told the worker the customer’s name and she said “oh I don’t know who that is” and there was no follow-up. Most of the workers didn’t seem in a rush to help anyone and left customers standing at the register for prolonged periods of time without even greeting them.
