Tonight, I was dashing and by surprise received the biggest order by a DoorDash customer. The crew that closed tonight (11/21 around 10:00-10:30PM) did and outstanding job. They were so caring and shared some laughs with me about how big this order was! Katy and Ryan helped me get the giant order loaded into my car and took so much pride in ensuring that my needs were met and it wasn’t even my food! They have remarkable attitudes and everyone who worked tonight really deserves some recognition and a reward for all their kindness, professionalism, and hard work they put in at the end of their shift. Hats off, best Popeyes experience by far!!

Recently we’ve been greeted by a man by the name of JT he’s always very friendly and goes out of his way to be the best at customer service. We really appreciate it. I haven’t been to Popeyes in years and for me to come into this one was amazing. Ms. Katie, in my opinion, set the atmosphere. She had such a welcoming smile, Customer Service was A1. She definitely knows how to sell. I felt as if she met me where I was at that particular time.

My girlfriend’s kids ordered DoorDash from Popeyes and the Five Nights at Freddy’s cupcake was missing from the order. I called the restaurant, and the manager was absolutely incredible. Mario immediately took ownership of the issue and went above and beyond to make it right and to get us our missing cakes. Not only did he replace the missing item, but he made sure our girls got their cupcakes and double-checked that everything was perfect.
Thanks to him, I now have two VERY happy Five Nights at Freddy’s fans enjoying their Popeyes. Marios customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate the care he put into fixing the situation!

Clean!!!! Wonderful location. Went inside. Friendly employees. Food was cooked while we waited. Spicy chicken, red beans & rice and biscuits.

I just left there, place a 3pc meal dark which they was out of thighs. The guy told me he gave me all legs which was dried up, I asked to aleast give me another leg considering they was out of thighs, he didn’t say nothing. Wow what happen to Customer Service!

Those poor workers clearly not even enough training went inside to fix my drive through order still wasn’t right not the workers fault lack of ingredients and not enough knowledge of how to use the register whoever runs this do it better! They literally were asking if there were any French fries left and keep in mind this is Saturday night ! They were trying but lack of resources and knowledge made this a horrible experience went home still missing items I paid for! Shame on management and whoever owns this! Won’t go there again …

Hi honestly can’t say enough about this place. I had previously set my location on the app to a location 45 min from my house because that’s where I had been visiting. I meant to place my order closer to home on accident. After several attempts to correct it with customer service all they would say is “sorry we have no way to refund your money.” I reached out to this location and without hesitation they offered to put my name down and grant my order the next time I was in the area. I called them ahead of time to confirm and they did just that. They granted my previously paid order and were more than kind. The place was clean and everyone was super kind and accommodating. 10/10 customer service and food is fresh!
