Every visit has always been outstanding. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a fast food drive through until I was greeted by Reyna. She showed what it means to put the customer first. Not only did she know the whole menu up and down left and right she also recommended some of her personal favorites! (I went with classic boneless chicken 10/10!!!) She is a prime example of how ALL Popeyes employees should address hungry customers! If there is a way to submit her as employee of the month she has my vote!

“Family deals” are too confusing, was charged $28.99 for a family meal when I wanted the $20 one. When I noticed it was wrong the manager told me it’s only one tender difference, which wasn’t the point. She told me she isn’t able to do refunds, which is outrageous.
Maybe if the noise level was a little lower then these kinds of mix ups wouldn’t happen.
The food was hot, I did get mild when I asked for spicy tenders though. The redeeming quality was how fresh the biscuits were, 10/10 on biscuits.
I’ll stick with the valpo popeyes going forward.

5 stars for everything but l’d give 100 stars for the service if I could, special s/o to Reyna she always makes sure I leave with a smile and a peace of mind knowing my order is correct. She knows I hate coming back for things being as I drive a little distance to come to this Popeyes, so she goes the extra mile and checks my bag and makes sure l have the right sauces and my order is all the way correct! So so place for your usual fried chicken. Employees were okay. Small place, small bathroom. They have decent traffic. Dark meat chicken tasted so so, greasy and left me feeling queasy afterwards. Kind of like KFC and grocery store fried chicken. Okay biscuit and mashed potatoes. Honey mustard packet tasted funny. Paid 7.5 dollars for a small meal deal using a coupon, don’t feel like it was worth the money even then. But I did like their lemonade.
