Lazy staff that doesn’t want to work. Advertised sticker is “Now Open Until 12AM” on the front door. Staff decided to stop taking BOTH “walk in” and online orders at 10PM at night. Either you need to take the sticker down or adhere to your posted hours on the door. I asked the staff member at the counter and she stated they stopped taking orders. Do better and stop wasting our time for late night workers that just want a good meal after leaving work.

This chipotle is so incredibly horrible it’s impressive. I love getting tacos because they are USUALLY delicious. But every time I order from this chipotle it’s like an evil suprise, I’m greeted with about four grains of rice and two pieces of protein and a string of cheese if I get lucky. I am an adult, how am I supposed to feel full after getting a toddlers portion of food which btw costed me 14 dollars. Total rip off

This Chipotle Restaurant is probably one of the nastiest and unsanitary establishments that I have visited. When walking in, the place looks like an entire landfill. For starters all the tables, surfaces, and trash bins are overflowing with trash, leftover food, spills, etc. The place is not kept up with and I am surprised that the health department has not audited this location. The staff is unfriendly, non responsive to any questions on the cleanliness of the facility, and have no type of organization. The GM of the establishment should be placed on a performance improvement plan due to the condition presented.

The management should take a closer look at the employees, as the negligence in assembling online orders is beyond any reason. In the past two months, my order has been completely messed up about three times—roughly 30% of my online orders from this store.
Today, I received a burrito filled only with white rice, some random leaves, and sauce. I had ordered chicken, brown rice, black beans, guacamole, and more. This is not the first time I’ve received such a “surprise.”
I believe this level of service is simply shameful. No other place has ever messed up my order this badly. No other place has ever served me a meal of such low quality. This is not a mistake; this is a complete lack of care or regard for customers. Shameful.

First, I was not greeted but instead, they made it very clear that there was no chicken, no white rice. Then during the building of my bowl, the employee kept saying “Anything else?” “Anything else?”, rushing through the entire service. Regardless of it is busy (which it wasn’t), every guest should get the entire experience without feeling rushed. To top all this off, the cashier with the lil hair, Nandi, did not immediately help me but rather engaged in an entire conversation before acknowledging me. She immediately tried to charge me rather than asking if i was here for fundraisers or even just using my mobile app; again rushing through the service. I tried to redeem my free guac multiple times but it would not work. Instead of seeing how to resolve the matter, she just said “Well can you just pay i have to help other people”. This whole experience was shameful to the entire brand of Chipotle.

I had a food delivery and when I arrived to pick it up all the doors locked. There were other delivery drivers standing out in the rain. We had to knock several times before one of the employees finally came to the door and got the names of the orders we were picking up. I was on the phone with support due to the delay in retrieving the order and he said that unless I hung up he wasn’t going to get the order. I complied but he brought back an order with the seal broken. I attempted to tell him that it was not acceptable and I would be judged based on the appearance, however, he ignored me.

We went to three different Chipotle restaurants, and the first one was packed. So we went to a different one and they were out of things. We then went to the last one, and they were also out of things as well. Wasn’t a very good experience for us.
