It has been a long time since I have been to a Popeye’s. The food was pretty good, but the service was not that great.
First of all the Sandwich. It was really good! It has a great taste and was crunchy. This is one of the best chicken sandwiches from a fast food. The service here could have been better. It was not super busy, but it took a long time to get our food. They were a little slow, but the food was still good.

Very rude employee, was not prepared for Saturday evening rush, ran out of chicken but didn’t inform customers until after they already paid not giving us a choice to wait for them to cook more chicken or leave and find another choice in dining. The women working at this Popeyes delivered some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced — at any location. My family is from the South, so I’ve had my fair share of Popeyes over the years, and this team truly stands out. They made sure I had every sauce without me having to ask, and for the first time ever, someone handed me honey for my biscuit without me reminding them. Even when there was a small issue with my drink, the staff handled it with real diligence and kindness. They were thoughtful, accommodating, and genuinely sweet. Absolutely stellar experience.

I went to Popeyes and service was a lot faster compared to the week before when I came in. I believe it was because of the store manager Rudy. I believe this was the same day I heard of Rudy because they had a managers meeting in the lobby, speaking about the numbers that this store has been receiving due to customer complaints and surveys, etc., etc. etc. first and foremost. I’m thankful that I overheard the conversation by Rudy because it was definitely needed for the managers that have been lackluster in customer service and timelines of food. Though my food was not super fresh. I guess the service in the speed that I got my food made up for it.

I have been here a couple times.Everytime im never greeted or feeling welcome. I came around 8 pm 10/5. I had came through the drive thru after ordering on the app. They pulled me forward hince why i said this is the 2nd time this has happened. There were 2 ladies in the drive thru just talking and once we was pulled forward we waited almost 15 minutes for the food. It was completely empty inside and out. I went inside to ask them about the order and no welcome in or even a word was said. I asked about my food and it was just sitting in the mobile order pick up. Its just inconvenient less then 15 minutes ago they rushed to pull us forward but forget about us yet again. I will not be coming back. Very unprofessional service.

Just came from Popeyes Pendleton pike , I asked for a two piece leg and thigh ! Paid 10.89 for the smallest pieces of chicken ever! I asked to add a piece of chicken lady with the braids at the window with an attitude says your going to have to drive back around and get in line to do that she is nasty and rude and I’m almost sure hates her job ! Don’t go to that place if you want good customer service ! Charged for a regular meal but gave me a wing lol

Y’all… I love that chicken from Popeyes, always have! Normally I hit the East Washington location in Indy… but let’s be real — they always out of food, chicken cold, and the service? Meh.
But TODAY was different.
I slid over to Popeyes on Pendleton Pike (Store #11491) and babyyyyy let me tell you something…
From the drive-thru to the bag in my lap, the whole experience was
The young man at the window was super respectful — asked how my day was going, offered condiments (that NEVER happens ), and wished me a great day. Felt like Chick-fil-A energy in a Popeyes uniform
I ordered the 3 for $5 deal thinking it was gonna be mid. BOY WAS I WRONG.
✅ Chicken was HOT & FRESH
✅ Fries were CRISPY, not soggy
✅ Sweet tea lemonade? BOMB — I almost drank it in one gulp
✅ Chicken tasted like what I grew up on. That OG Popeyes flavor that hit your soul
I’m officially switching stores. Yeah, it’s 10 mins further… but it’s WORTH IT. I ain’t going back to that East Washington mess
