Wow wow wow is all I can say. For the first time in a long time with fast food ordering, this establishment knocked it out of the park. Everything we ordered was sooo tasty!! Chicken was crispy & juicy, not greasy. Fries were cooked perfectly…hot & fresh! Biscuits were soft & buttery. Boneless wings were crispy, juicy & loaded with sauce, exactly how I like them & think they should be. They did not forget my sauces, had napkins & forks in the bag. Well done guys!! We will def be back again. Def priced right for what all you get. We are stuffed

As I pulled by the front of the restaurant into the drive-through, I saw a special for $6 posted on the dining room window but wasn’t sure what it consisted of. I asked about it when ordering and was told they didn’t have a $6 special; only a $9 special for 5 pieces of chicken. I said, “Ok, no problem, I must have misread something,” and I ordered a chicken tender combo . As I pulled away, I noticed my Coke was only carbonation, so I parked and went inside to get a new drink and just decided to eat in the dining room. The girl at the counter apologized and were very nice about the drink, saying they noticed it was out and changed it. The food wasn’t fresh, besides the mashed potatoes being extremely hot. The biscuit seemed to be almost stale and likely from when they had opened.
As I’m eating, I see the sign on the window for the $6 meal. I told an employee, and she apologized after I explained I paid double for my meal. The restaurant was completely empty aside from minimum cars going through the drive-through. Upon leaving, the manager seemed pre-occupied, so I tried calling about an hour later to make her aware. No one answered. The positive here was that the restaurant was very clean, and it appeared to be staffed very well. The fallback, however, is the fact that employees working the drive-through should be aware of the menu, and if they don’t know for sure, ask. Customers rely on specials. I could have eaten for less than half of what I paid and got a second side item.

There were only two guests a the restaurant, yet it took over twenty minutes to receive our food. The beverage machine was out of order, yet the cashier acted like it was a chore to fill our cups. This will be our last visit, and I will share this with all friends and family.

I have been to this store many times over the past 5 years, as its the only popeyes nearby. I am not exaggerating when I tell you I have never received my food at the windows – I am always parked and stuck waiting at least 10 minutes. I have also *always* had something wrong or missing.
Today I was sitting in a parking spot for nearly 20 minutes. Two incorrect items. Unreal.
So not a single quick or correct order in five years. Go to KFC, don’t go here.

This is the greatest Popeyes that I’ve ever been too! They are friendly, fast, friendly, clean, friendly, and oh yeah did I mention friendly! They are so consistent! Every time I come the quality of the service and the freshness of the goods is ALWSYS THE SAME 5 STAR! I love it here! Keep up the good work!

To the owner – thanks for responding so fast to my review! My previous review showed I didn’t have a great service experience, but I was wrong – that was for a Columbus, OH location I went to 2 days after I visited this one. I had fast and expedient service at the Indy location but I didn’t receive any sauces. So I actually had the opposite of the experience I had in OH, and I couldn’t come back to solve it since I was en route for Columbus. 🙁 I would return and order again, but would just have to be sure to request sauces. My visit was on Wednesday after 6pm on August 13.

I rarely eat here but I gave it a chance recently. I got wings with sweat b-b-q and spicy buffalo. I wasn’t real impressed with either to be honest. For the prices next time I will probably just pay a bit more and go to KFC.

Me and my wife love Popeyes. We have been twice this week, we think it is better than other chicken competitors. The employees are very friendly. The service is fast and the food always tastes amazing. Also they have diet Vanilla Coke Zero which pairs perfect with my chicken wings.
