Manager Overcharged us for an order of chicken wings because the amount available was less than the amount we wanted or we had to wait 15 minutes more for fresh ones to be cooked. Charged us individually for each wing. Cost for 3 wings & a medium beverage for ONE person was $12. Should’ve eaten at Panda Express.

Ordered 2, 2pc chicken dinners in the drive up tonight. Was told it would be 20 minutes. No problem. After 30 minutes I went inside. They said 5 more minutes because they only had 1 fryer. After another 10 minutes I finally went back inside again and they were finally packing up my food. Place is a joke!! Maybe the lady running the drive thru should learn how long it takes to cook chicken!!

We were excited about trying the ripping chicken. Only to be disappointed. I got our order home and to our surprise, there was only one chicken strip. We called the Manager and he stated if I would come back, they would replace our order. Prior to leaving we check the chicken to find out it wasn’t completely cooked. At that time we no longer wanted a replace meal. The good thing about this situation was we were refunded our money.
