I went to Popeyes for my client I haven’t ate here in years and I see why. Upon arriving to the drive up window. The person who took my order was not polite or welcoming. After I was unable to get the chicken wraps because they were completely out at 1145am.
My fries were not fresh they were smashed in the box cold and completely uneditable.
The chicken sandwich was just ok and but put together messy. After removing all of items from the bag I noticed a glove on the table. And I’m 100% sure it came from the restaurant please see pictures.
At the second window she was definitely rushing and moving too fast. My drinks had pop spilling all down the side. And the lids were barely closed.
Just a mess
I wouldn’t return and don’t recommend anyone else going.

Did a on line order for pickup.
When we got it home the biscuits were not in the order and missing 2 pieces of 9 pieces on that meal.
On the 5.00 fave 2 piece did a 5.00 fave sides of mashed potatoes and coleslaw of which were missing.we ask for condiments of the ones we ask for we got the honey none of the others. Our order pick up number was #73
Spending 38.00 and some change and not getting the order right is not good.
Will not order from this store again will be calling corp head quarters to let them know how badly this store is doing on customer service.

The employee was kind and friendly. The price for chicken is ridiculous 5 piece combo is almost $20. For most the time the chicken is Luke warm. Frys was the hot. biscuit was still buttery good. However the Coke Freestyle was messed up and no one came out to fit it. Water is the only thing that taste like it should. Lobby is clean but some of the employees in the back need to know not to be to loud and watch what they are saying.

Spent 25 minutes in the drive through to get a couple chicken sandwiches and some tenders from the time I was at the speaker box until food in hand. Was told to pull forward because it was going to be 3 minutes for fresh fries. It was an additional 10 minutes “for fresh fries” and they were not hot. Didn’t even get all the sauces I was charged for and couldn’t go inside to pick them up either because the door was locked. Wasn’t gonna wait in that drive though again.

To be honest, I am a HUGE lover of Popeye’s!! It is my absolute favorite fast food. This store had very good customer service.
Unfortunately, I ordered a fish sandwich, that came out very overcooked. It was like eating fish jerky with very little fish. 1/2 of my sandwich actually had NO fish at all, just breading that was over cooked and dried out. Where you could see white fish, it was extremely dried out. I am pretty sure it had been sitting under some kind of warmer for hours!!
To add insult to injury, the store was advertising beignets but were sold out. The lobby is closed so to get a replacement sandwich I would have to sit in the line again and it was wrapped all the way around the building. We needed to get home so I grabbed food elsewhere. I will definitely give this Popeyes another try, but hopefully it is better next time around.

Probably one of the best Popeye’s in the Cincinnati area. Clean fast and large dining room. Excellent, fresh food. I’m very difficult on Popeye’s because some of the other ones are dirty pig sty…. This is NOT the case. Super clean and I’ll be back for sure

Nice staff. Quick service. The fries weren’t fresh though. And saw some chicken sitting for awhile but overall not too bad. I ordered the shrimp tackle box which was breaded, fried butterfly shrimp with a compressed biscuit (wish it was fluffier) and some fries. I ordered their spiciest sauce in the side and it was more spiced than it was hot like heat if you get me. We still good though.

This Popeyes is a complete joke! A manager must not have been in tonight because you talk about a complete slack. We were waiting for 30 minutes. We wouldn’t have waited but the quickest part was them taking our $46. You have people waiting in front of us, behind us, in the parking spots and in the dining room. It wasn’t that busy for the hell of it either. These people are just beyond slow and clearly not ready to be at work. And the broad working the speaker needs to go home and go to bed. The time and slack is too much to be short tempered as well. There were even people coming in and turning right back around and walking out. A nicer area would never. Smh
