27 minute ticket time. For cheese curds. Absolutely abhorrent service that did not offer to remedy the issue in any way. They had “forgotten” to throw the food into the fryer when there are multiple screens showing tickets. I’ve worked food service and I know how it is, but this deserves a serious reprimand both in terms of work ethic and customer service. Seriously disappointed. Don’t give this location your money. Photo included here has timestamps of when the order was placed and when we were STILL waiting.

Been here twice and didnt wait longer than 10 minutes both times. They lack staff and still blow me away each time I went. Only $10 for a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. What more could I ask for? The pies are a great addition as well and the employees are very friendly.

This is not the first time this has happened. The manager on duty took my order and when I bought a combo meal he gave me a 8 oz cup instead of a regular 16 oz cup. The 8 oz cup is for kids sizes. It seemed like he deliberately did it on purpose because when I said something to him about it, he said this is a size cup that you get with the combo with the smile. Almost like it’s his intentional. It happens again. I find another place to eat and get my money back

I ordered chicken strips and fries without a drink. I didn’t not receive a drink. The cashier told me, “Water is complimentary, so I’ll just mark water as your drink and you won’t be charged for one.” Unfortunately, that turned out to be untrue. When I tested a mock order in the app and included a drink, the total was exactly the same as what I paid—meaning I was charged as if I had purchased a drink anyway. I’m disappointed that I was misled.

Waited 30 minutes for an online order, sat in front of the store, and was finally told that the store ran out of chicken sandwiches. I literally saw chicken sandwiches on the counter.
Workers were standing around and/or leaving their post to talk with the Charleys workers instead of helping the other customers in line. Manager was absolutely disrespectful when I confronted her about the missing order.
Don’t go. Needs a complete overhaul.

It’s in the food court at Fairfield mall. If you aren’t familiar with this place you can end up having to walk a bit to and from your car. I recommend maybe planning on eating at the food court and maybe browsing the stores after since your going to be in there anyway

everytime i come here i have to wait over 30 minutes or more for the food to come out. came right at open this time, and did a mobile order. i was the first order, somehow four people went ahead of me? i finally said something and then they rushed and got my food out, then she read off the wrong drink, i correct her and watch her walk over and still get the wrong drink. i say something about the drink at the counter and she assures me that its the correct drink, it was certainly not.

There was one register open. I was number 83. Number 81 got his food. Number 82 got his food. I waited almost 10 minutes. They call out number 85. Number 85 was large order. My order only totaled $13. Mine was very simple to make. They chose to make a large order in front of mine. That large order was number 85. Simple counting says 81, 82, 83, 84, 85. I love you Popeyes. People say the service is slow but every restaurant in the mall is the same way! I don’t mind having to wait! The employees are always SUPER kind when I’m there, and my food is always super good and warm!!! I haven’t experienced the issues other people have so they (other customers) must be doing something wrong <3 It costs $0 to be kind! I hope all the employees have a wonderful day! I was the second person in line and waited 7 minutes to place my order. Chicken sandwich combo. I waited 10 more minutes to get my food. Sign says a biscuit comes with the combo’s. The manager said “I know it says that but not with sandwich combo’s”. After getting my food, the fries were cold and the sandwich had doughy breading. I will be choosing CFA next time!
