This business has went down drastically. My food use to always be correct and customer service was great. But tonight I ordered $50 worth of food. My order was incorrect, no problem, I go inside. The toaster was not working correctly to remake my sandwiches. Still no major problem. Until the worker dressed like an elf (who is usually THE PROBLEM SOLVER WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE) started saying she doesn’t get paid enough for this and is irritated…. I tell the other worker( after being there inside AFTER sitting in the drive through, a solid ten minutes at this point,) let me grab the rest of the food and return it. When I come in the sandwich is (one of two) is made because it was another toaster that could have been used all along…. I’m not sure what changed within the work culture but clearly some training or employees not seeing their value in the company as worth it. I won’t be back. And I love me some Popeyes but I’m not spending money where I’m disrespected.

The last time I went here was on a Thursday night. Service was great. Food was awesome. Even the customer service was beautiful but this time I went, which was on a Friday night I did a order online. It was my first time and I my food. I mean, the girl pretty much told me since I was seven minutes early that I had to circle around a couple times which was fine after that I was gonna have a refund, but they told me it was ready. The Mail gentleman was very, very nice. I have to say I have to give him 10 because he was great. That was at the drive-through but my food it was not warm and the chicken was like it didn’t feel like it fit the bun. It was no sauce at all on the sandwich. It was just not a good experience this time around so I’m not sure if I just caught them at too busy of a time so I guess next time I go through the week and I’ll order it when I’m there instead of doing it online

Went up there on 10/24 and tried to order take out from the new kiosk. I finished up my order it was like $40, got the receipt from the kiosk but my order never popped up on the screen. So, im thinking ok they may be behind but after I seen orders on the screen that was after my order, my mom went to the counter to ask about our order and was told it didn’t show up in their system… HOW?!?! when we got the receipt from the kiosk! Its ridiculous so we left. We try to give it another chance today but through the drive through, this time the order was almost $30 if that. We get to the window and the guy asks what did we get… WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!?! We literally just placed the order and drove around and yall cant find our order?!?! What is wrong with ya’lls new system?? It sucks. Get it together and I dont ever complain about anything but this is ridiculous .

Lady in front of me was very rude to the manager demanding free food for another Popeyes mistake. He handled it very well while she was prissy the whole time. Then was very nice and hooked me up with a drink for a small wait for my food to be ready. Just was impressed with the whole situation. Will definitely be back again.

Came through the drive thru the other day. After ordering my meal and about to pay I had asked about the price as there was a promotion on tv for the same meal for half the price. The girl said oh well you have to say that that is the deal you want because it makes our store loose money. I replied with I AM asking for the deal and she said you have to say it before ordering that you want the promotion and that she was instructed by the manager to refuse giving the offer. I took the food after waiting in line 25 min before having to go to work so time was limited. The fries were cold, not just like they weren’t hot but cold. After the absolutely rude and ridiculous comments from the girl in the window, I will not spend my money in this location again. I would rather go to forest park or glenway than a location 2 miles from home. It’s sad because I remember how happy I was when they brought this to colerain.

12/07/2025-My SO placed an order in the drive-thru for us to eat while watching the game. This was my first time having food from this Popeyes location. My combo was supposed to be 2 pieces of regular chicken with mashed potatoes + gravy & a drink. Instead, the bag contained 2 very small, dry pieces of spicy chicken with fries. The incorrect food quality & the wrong items were disappointing, especially since the rest of the order was correct.

I get the same thing every time I go, chicken sandwich and fries. Their chicken sandwich is my favorite by far, better than KFC! It is so big and absolutely delicious. Their seasoned fries are also my favorite. Highly recommend
