Much better than the McDonalds on 70! I’ve had one incident where the female shift manager tried to lie and told me the fries were fresh and they were cold to the touch. Other than that that they have much better people and since I can just add $6 to the price of a meal and eat at AppleBees …I expect my food to be hot and edible and they deliver!

I’ve been asked them to put the gloves on before touch the food from fries station and set station in few months when I attended there. They still refused to use it. I want to show every of you see that because I am care about your health safety reasons.
I am very disappointed that they gave me some not fresh Hushbrown that been sitting over 30 mins even they made more Hushbrowns and not even busy time in the morning couple days ago. I straight the older lady who work set and front cashier. I told her all the hushbrowns is not fresh (I ordered four) she walked to got and gave me one and unfresh. I am very disappointed afterwards. I told her about the gloves too. She kept speaking to other teams what I said even I cannot hear or read the lips which is not cool at all. I don’t appreciate it the service how they did. Even I worked 5 different fast foods that required put the gloves on before touch your food no matters if you wash the hands period.
You can see the photos that they didn’t wear any gloves and touch the food.

Went to the lobby their was a young lady sweeping and I wave to her to get her attention. She said I don’t need u waving at me put the broom down and made an order for the drive thru. I left. I didn’t want her handling my food. I didn’t think o was rude in any way. I just didn’t know if she seen me .

In drive through ordering, check your coffee before you drive away. My $3.89 HOT LATTE was lukewarm coffee with cream. Of course. I was down the road before I realized the deception.

I live closer to the other mcdonald’s, so I rarely use the mcdonald’s closer to the lake. I will never go there again.I was passed up in the drive through line by two cars In the lane parallel to me. Then, when I went inside to talk to the manager, the blonde middle aged manager was very dismissive, and was too worried about talking to a fellow employee about her bulldog then serving any customers. Worst customer service i’ve ever had!!!

This is the most UNFRIENDLY McDonald’s ever!!! The females inside are rude!! They don’t need to be in customer service, they need to be cleaning bathrooms and emptying trash with their attitudes.
