This food chain lacks customer service and common sense. I’ve ordered from this location several times via Uber Eats. The restaurant constantly tells delivery drivers they didn’t receive the order out that it’s supposed to be picked up when clearly it’s a delivery order, verified in my app. They do not answer their phone and if you go in person they have horrible attitudes and act as if you are bothering them by ordering food. Get an entire new team and management. If you don’t like your job then quit! There are plenty of people who aren’t lazy and know how to speak to customers politely.

I work close to this Popeyes and go maybe 2-3 times a month. No matter how much I love Popeyes I may have to stop coming to this location. When I do go I often pick up my co workers meals. The chicken is often undercooked.

When I called up there regarding the raw chicken, I asked for the manager a woman came to the phone. I told her what had happened and she apologized and offered me a refund. She asked me what time the order happened I just remembered it was online order number 42. I also explained to her I was at work and that was my lunch break so I could not make it back until 730 and she said that was fine. This happened between 2-230p. When I got there at 7:30, I spoke to someone who introduced themselves as Tristan. I explained what went on and told him I was there for my refund. He told me it was an online order it could not be refunded. Explained to him the manager I spoke with earlier knew that I and still granted me a refund. She told me my name was in the book. He went on to say that I spoke with Nicole and she does not have the authority to grant me a refund and he refused. At this time, I involved the cashier because she was the same cashier who took all my orders at 2 PM that same day. The cashier did share with him that I did call about the chicken, but Tristan still refused to give me a refund. At this time, the people in the dining area was curious about the raw chicken picture I had and wanted to see it. Tristan saw me showing other customers and looked me square in the face and replied, “ I don’t care, it was your people who served you that chicken anyway”! Tristan is a young Hispanic man and I am a black woman. So it was quite clear that not only was he not willing to help, he was being rude, and then had the audacity to bring up race in a dining room with customers present. This all took place 11/24/24.
Not only do I look forward to contacting the general manager today but I will be taking it a step further and going to corporate.
I will forever be going to the Popeyes on Mitchell ave now instead.

On July 31 around 12:40 PM I ordered chicken dippers and a spicy chicken wraps… I have ordered the chicken wraps in the past and they were very great and fresh, but this time they gave me old chicken and the chicken was so hard and dry. I wish I would’ve tried it when I was there to get a refund. Also, the chicken dippers were hard and dry.

They really sold me some old chicken from now I have to check my food.

I was so disappointed by this experience that I just went to McDonald’s to get their chicken wraps because I was afraid of being disappointed again.

I feel like they shouldn’t do this. They know when the food is old this is how people get sick.

I’ve never known a chain to be less concerned with quality and so willing to cheat their customers. Today for the second time they sent me home from the drive through with a four piece that had no breast. 2 drums, a wing and a thigh. If you’re not going to serve as advertised you CANNOT charge people full price. How about this? Tell people you don’t have the right pieces and let them decide whether they want to change the order.

It’s actually unethical what they do here. AVOID.

Popeyes has been a quality fast food chicken establishment. Lately it has been coming down especially in taste. Service through the app was a bummer. Ordered 3 piece chicken and got tenders instead. The receipt on the pickup bag indicates the correct food. Open up the bag and tenders are present. Ugh. Also they were regular and not spicy. Double whammy.

This location is super inconsistent. Long waits. And they actually gave me whole warm jalepenos instead of jalopeno poppers. Super disappointing when you’ve been waiting 15+ min in drive through.

My order was completely wrong, so I called the store and spoke to someone named Keisha.
When I explained my concern, she told me to take it up with the place I ordered from and then hung up the call. This is not the service I expected.
I called back three more times, and a lady answered. When I asked to speak with the manager, she told me I was already speaking to her. l asked for her name, and before I could even explain my issue, she said, “Ma’am, I just spoke to you.” When I asked again for her name, she said it was Nadine. All of a sudden, I was speaking to the manager again?
What is going on here?

30 minutes of waiting I asked the manager (old bald black man) if my food was ready and he got defensive and said he called out my food several times, I told him I couldn’t hear and he said it basically wasn’t his problem.

That’s ridiculous dude, I’m clearly waiting for my food so obviously I didn’t hear you. Least you could do is ask if I heard.
