First time visitor to Bojangles. The food and service were really good. Not sure why I never ate here before. Maybe it’s because there are no mailers or coupons that come to the house. The food came right from the fryer…just how I like it. French fries were crispy with the right amount of seasoning (I don’t like spicy hot) and the chicken was tender. Love the large size dipping sauce containers, too. Soda and tea offerings were good. They had at least 3 diet options. Breakfast items are served until 2 pm each day. Their biscuits were amazing. I tried a sample of their sausage gravy. I’ll get that next time. Everything was clean, including the restrooms. The only thing they missed was designating someone to wipe down the tables. We had to clean our own table, and no one cleaned tables during the time we ate. Overall, a definitely good choice for fast food.

The chicken was hot, fresh, and amazing. Size of the chicken tenders are worth it. Seasoning on the chicken is perfect, spicy, but amazing. Creamy Buffalo dipping sauce is wonderful. The biscuits were hot and fresh. Sweet tea is cool and refreshing. Received an incorrect item, and Mina took care of it immediately, the way customer service should be. I highly recommend this location.

Basically becomes a KFC after 1400. Ordered a Bacon and Egg NO CHEESE combo and look what I got instead. C said at the pickup window it was a bacon, egg and cheese and I stated I asked for no cheese. She said it was habit to say that but the biscuit did not have cheese, zero for accuracy.
Perhaps the location needs a sign saying YOU GET WHAT WE ARE TRAINED TO GIVE, NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT TO RECEIVE.
I have ate at Bojangles in NC, SC, GA and more and never was one this disappointing. Perhaps the franchise owner needs to visit an actual bojangles

I’m happy u friendly faces specially that shift leader. Ask to switch the sweet tea gallons with 2 cups drinks to go she refuses. Ask to switch the biscuits in a 20 pc family meal with just one side of Mac cheese and she refuses with a grumpy face. She don’t care if we eat that or not.i was not asking for a special treatment I always do that in other locations in wv and DC area where i live at.
Unfortunately unpleasant total experience. When your employee don’t care at some point your business won’t last.

Ordered The chicken sandwich combo and there is no chicken on my sandwich and no receipt was given to me first time being there I don’t know if I’ll be able to come back an how numerous times we said 2 orders & she still couldn’t get that right.
The fries were old & cold. If I could give this a zero star rating, I would customer service was horrible

Lunch time! Stopped in Columbus for a bite while we were on the road. Never had Bojangles before! It’s decent. Had to try a few different sauces. The Bo Sauce is horseradish based and is my favorite. The dirty rice has great flavor. The tenders are nothing special. The batter lacks in flavor, but the sauces make up for it and the chicken itself is tender and juicy. Don’t drink sodas often anymore but had to have a Cheerwine! (Got a tea to go.) My husband got fries and a chicken sandwich- tried the fries and they were perfectly seasoned. But the biscuits- omg The dessert Bo Berry biscuits had blueberries baked into them and they were delicious. They were larger than anticipated. We split one then I ordered two extra to take with us for later. The service was also great and the manager Myra was enthusiastic and seemed truly happy to serve us and explain the menu. Dining area and bathroom was clean and well stocked. I rarely ever give 5 stars for anything, especially when it comes to food, but Bojangles deserves it.

I recently visited the location for the second time and unfortunately, my experiences have been similar. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I have concerns about the level of attention given to ensuring the accuracy of our orders.
During both visits, I believe it would have been helpful if staff members had reviewed our tickets before preparing the orders to ensure that everything was correct. Additionally, I witnessed another customer receiving an incorrect order, which was then corrected and unfortunately resulted in a spill.
As well as when addressing the issue of the incorrect item, being told to chill out by a staff member, so when asked for a manager ignored. So anything staff member came up and I reiterated that I would like to speak to a manager. While waiting to speak with manager crew members thought it was best to stand and talk shit about what had happened.
I hope that you can consider addressing this issue and ensuring that staff members take the necessary time to review orders carefully. And be respectful.

I thought the breakfast food here was great. It was a great price for a sandwich, potatoes, and coffee. I was worried the chicken biscuit sandwich would not fill me up, but it definitely did. The potatoes tasted more like tater tots than a hash brown (there is a difference), which I reeeeally liked since I’m not a huge fan of hash browns. The chicken was juicy and had a bit of a kick to it, but not overpowering. There were no toppings, but I thought the chicken was enough. Biscuit was a good texture, but you do need something to drink while eating this. Can’t wait to try their non-breakfast food!

Way too much salt on the fries. I couldn’t eat them. They have the saltiest fries out of all food chains. No need to be heavy handed on the salt. Chicken finger are ok. Biscuits are good. Order no salt fries or a different side.

Picked up Bojangles for the family. The menu is small and the food is overpriced for what it is. I do not recommend the lemonade unless you like mouthfuls of extreme amounts of pulp. The coleslaw doesn’t taste good either. The food was average. Also, check your food before you leave. They told me I was all set, I questioned if they put the milkshakes in the box since I was “all set” and the employee realized she had forgotten them. Then when I got home none of the five sauces I ordered were given to me. I wasn’t driving back for sauce so we had our meal without it. It was rather dry. I’d recommend Popeyes over Bojangles.
