They had plenty of help and the food was good. Popeye’s is pretty consistent. The cajun gravy is THE BEST!! This particular store was clean and had people working there that seemed to understand the assignment.

Its happened twice now, once at two separate stores. I go through the drive through and am told “there will be a wait on your food, please pull up to one of the parking spots.” And then I’m forgotten. Im done with popeyes. It dosent matter how good the food if they never bring it to you. Just like I said in a previous review, if they tell you to pull into a parking spot your more likely to be forgotten then get your food.

Do not go to this location. As I placed my order for all dark meat chicken I was told it was going to take 15 to 20 minutes which I was fine with but instead took almost an hour. So I went inside to ask about the status of my order and apparently they knew nothing about it but then found out they gave it to another customer. The manager took care of me but the young lady who took my order didn’t apologize for admitting she screwed up the order.

I have never in my life. Logged into my Gmail to leave a review on a website. 2 trips in a row I have gone thru drive thru. To be pulled up into a parking spot to wait for food that would never come, had to go in with receipt. For them to start making it 20 minutes later with an attitude like I just kicked there dog. There will not be a 3rd time.

The service was OK but the wings and chicken taste like the grease was old so I gave you a greasy taste in the top of your mouth. I think if the grease was fresher in the food would’ve been better. But the mashed potatoes was great.

We were here March 23 from 1pm-2pm …We waited for 30 mins for nuggets. Several people after us got their meal before us. Just my husband and two girls and I. We got nuggets and tender meals and my husband got a chicken sandwich. Over 30 minutes before we got our food and they shorted us a Mac n cheese when I went up to tell them I was told it would be another 6 min for that. Which turned into another 10. Ridiculous. My chicken was not cooked all the way. The lady that got her food after us took her chicken back for the same reason. They “fixed it” and gave it back to her and it was still not cooked all the way. She demanded her money back. Terrible!!!!

I ordered 2 orders of spicy chicken strips, 3 weren’t spicy and 1 of them was nothing but breading, the other 3 were spicy and 2 of them were nothing but breading with maybe an 1/8″ of chicken in the middle. I love Popeyes but they have went downhill in the last year.
