My family and I passed by so many restaurants tonight, because l was hellbent that all l wanted was Popeyes. My husband went in to order and he had to wait in line for almost an hour, because they were severely understaffed. He ordered 8 pieces of spicy chicken and they said that they only had 2 pieces of spicy chicken. He took 6 pieces of the regular chicken along with the 2 spicy pieces of chicken. He also ordered 3 Mac n cheese, biscuits, and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches.
When we got home, I realized that one of the chicken was so tiny, it looked like they ran out of chicken and tossed that it in. The regular wing, breast and spicy thigh were all undercooked. If l wasn’t home already, l would’ve carried back the chicken and asked for a refund, because l was utterly disappointed. I had to toss 2 pieces of chicken in the trash, because they were undercooked.
If you look at the 1st photo, that little piece of chicken was supposed to be a whole piece of chicken. The 2nd photo showed how undercooked the chicken were when l took off the skin.
I will NEVER EVER buy at this location again!!!!

Went for dinner ! Great service dinning room was very clean , very good staff . The manager Lora that took my order was very patient and respectful . Would recommend this place !

I ordered wings and waited a few minutes. Shortly after, the manager informed me that they were out of chicken—even though it was only 7 PM. Several customers walked out after hearing this, and one was upset because he didn’t receive his mac and cheese.
To make matters worse, I later discovered that my order had already been prepared, despite the manager claiming they were out. I was also overcharged, and the manager was unable to process a refund due to a lack of knowledge or training.
There were multiple employees just standing around, clearly not due to a staffing shortage. This was a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.

Got to this location kind of late, they were out of the mac and cheese my wife ordered (which is one of the only things she can eat at the current moment due to dental surgery), and we got 5 wings, 1 breast, 1 leg and an unidentifiable piece of chicken when we ordered a 9 piece of all dark (they also gave us all spicy but that’s not that important). I’m just exasperated with this situation

It was fantastic as always. I had the three classic strip combo. I chose red beans and rice as my side dish but it’s always a hard decision because the gravy is so good when you get the mashed potatoes. The dining room and restroom were clean. My only complaint was that the hand sanitizer despensers in the dining room weren’t working, but I’m not going to take a star off for that. Outside I took a picture of the entrance that’s on the side where the drive through window is because that’s the side where we parked, and it was too cold and windy to go around to the front.

I have to say it’s the Biggest, Baddest most Exquisite chicken-sandwich made!! The staff are top notch! Always made right!! When I order extra pickles, I get extra pickles!! The fries are fantastic!! Can you tell that I love this place?? Keep up the great work!!!

It’s insane how many times they’ve gotten my order wrong. The past 3-4 times I’ve gone they either give me mild instead of spicy or a 3 piece instead of the 5 I ordered, no sauces or anything I asked for either. Absolutely laughable spot, It’s like they’re physically incapable of giving you what you paid for.
