Came here, ordered chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, and some fried pickles. The girl who rang me out amazing so kind so patient the food tasted disgusting like it was old. The oil was old. It was not crispy. I asked for spicy tenders. They were not spicy left an awful taste in my mouth would not come here again. I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for me and my mother‘s food no, just no I would never come here again I would recommend making your own fried chicken and mashed potatoes and mac & cheese at home because I’m sure it would be better quality or just starving.

Placed an online order, went to pick it up at drive thru and was asked to come inside at the window…there’s a reason I came at the drive thru because I don’t want to go in…finally got my food and went home, asked for all drums in the app but they just put whatever they wanted in there lol…chicken tasted old and after eating it my mouth had this itchy sensation. Staff were nice though when I went in.

I have tried to give this store multiple chances. The final trial was last week when I did a mobile order. When I got to the store they said they didn’t have any chicken. I explained them that I had a mobile order and they told me to go online contact customer service to get a refund and slammed the window closed. So I decided to go in and talk to the manager. The manager came to the door and told me he couldn’t do anything and they get away from his store, I was appalled . I then went home and reached out to the store via phone to speak with a general manager. The young lady who answered the phone says she is general manager, and that it was nothing that she could do to help me. I asked why won’t they pause online ordering if they don’t have the product to order and she told me that’s not her problem. I’ve been found who the owner of the franchise was reached out to her via messenger and she has failed to respond that also This is miserable service. I have talked to four other people who have given me the same feedback about their experience with this Popeyes store.

Stopped by for dinner. The wait and service was simply BAD!! I checked the order and asked for it to be corrected only for the young lady to rebag it and give me the incorrect food anyway. How lazy must you be?
Never again..
If I wasn’t some Popeyes ever again; believe me I’ll drive past this location.
Food held too long. Order incorrect. Service was bad! Wait was way too long

The place was clean and there were about 3 customers. It took me 18 minutes to get two room temperature biscuits.

The closing shift tonight ( 9/30) was absolutely AMAZING. I had a very unplanned evening and Popeyes was the only quick option near by. I do not like going to places close to closing as a person who has worked many closing shifts at restaurants. The staff was friendly, patient and quick. The food was made fresh and every single person who worked tonight was helpful.

Worst Popeye’s I’ve ever been to. Rude employees, filthy restaurant. The wait time is ridiculously long. I put In a online order 20 minutes before I got there. So when I get here I’m told to pull around and the food will be out. Waited almost 30 minutes until the food was brought out. Had to mention they never even brought us our drinks. Which apparently they were out of, so instead of asking us what we would like instead they just didn’t bring out any drinks. I’m not sure how this establishment is still active. The area is not in a terrible location, it’s the neglect of everything else. Nobody cares about timely manner here. Nobody cares to clean up the store. This is my last time going to this Popeyes. Clean up your establishment and actually care about people’s time. Lunch rushes just don’t pop out of nowhere. Slow food, terrible service. Stay awayv

Every time I come to this Popeyes in South Euclid I have a problem with either the service or the food. The young people that they have working here are clueless and can be very rude. I ordered an 8pc chicken only and it was $22.99. While waiting, I see a poster on the front window (none on the side where I parked near the entrance door) for a 10pc for $16.99. I hadn’t received my food yet so I asked the cashier to refund me my money for the 8pc and charge me for the 10pc instead since it was cheaper. She called the manager to the front and he told me that they don’t give refunds. I asked him again nicely to refund me my money, I haven’t even gotten me my food yet. He acted like he was refunding me my money but instead he was recharging me $22.99 again for an 8pc on top of $16.99 for the 10pc. I immediately showed him my bank account as proof. He then said he needed my card and took it to the back office and came back to say the refund was completed. Never did he give me a receipt. I called my back and disputed both charges for $22.99 and also canceled my card because I have no idea what he did with my debit card while he was in the back office. I didn’t trust it. This is THE WORSE Popeyes! I have learned my lesson and will take my business elsewhere. They really need to close this restaurant down. Too many young people with attitudes and they don’t care about anything.

SYSTEMIC MANAGERIAL NEGLIGENCE & OPERATIONAL FAILURE
This location is a case study in Institutional Failure. The I am writing this to document the absolute operational collapse of this location. My experience here wasn’t just “bad service”; it was a display of gross negligence enabled entirely by a management team that refuses to do its job.
1. THE “NO CHICKEN” LIE & 2-HOUR WAIT:
I walked in expecting to order, only to be told they “didn’t have any chicken” or that it would take “2 hours” to drop frozen wings. This is operationally impossible for a fried chicken franchise unless the staff is intentionally refusing to work. This is a tactic used to force customers to leave so the employees don’t have to cook. It is laziness masquerading as a supply chain issue, and the managers are letting it happen.
2. UNLOCKED DOORS BUT REFUSED SERVICE:
The restaurant was unlocked and clearly open for business hours. Yet, when I entered the lobby, I was ordered to go back out and use the drive-thru. If your doors are unlocked, you have made an offer to do business. Forcing customers into a bottleneck when the counter is open is a failure of basic process management. It creates unnecessary friction and shows zero respect for the customer’s time.
3. HANGING UP ON CUSTOMERS:
When I attempted to call to speak to a manager about these issues, the staff simply hung up on me. There is a total communications blackout here. This isn’t just rude; it is insubordination. It signals that the General Manager has established a culture where accountability is non-existent and employees are protected from the consequences of their own hostility.
VERDICT:
The Managers at this location are directly responsible for this behavior. They are enabling a culture that actively repels customers. Until corporate steps in and replaces the leadership team, this store is a liability. Avoid at all costs.
