Part of a regional chain long known for its cheeseburgers, hot dogs & frozen custard.

Fun little towney bar located on Route 104! It’s the bar part of the Bill Grey’s that shares the building. You can order food, drink liquor and play Quick draw, all while you watch sports or daytime TV. No judging
It’s definitely a “dive bar” feel, but the food is delicious and they run a tight ship. Professional bartenders, strong drinks and cold beer. Some of the guests may look a little rough around the edges, but they are typically harmless.
Definitely a must go if you want a 315 vibe, New York State Lotto options and tasty bar fare. They say it’s the World’s Greatest Cheeseburger, it’s definitely worth a trip to find out.

I didn’t know what the name of this place was, and had to look it up on the map. It looks like from the front it’s called world’s greatest cheeseburgers, and we stopped in because of that name. From the look on the outside, I expected a diner interior and it didn’t look anything like that. I went with two friends and we all decided to get cheeseburgers, one with American ch, one with Swiss ch, and one with motz. The burgers were decent, but not the best I’ve had and frankly “The world’s greatest” had a lot to live up to. Clean place, fast service, decent burger. It was a wee bit greasy, but the bun was soft and chewy. I gave it 3 stars because of the claim, and the fact 3 cheeseburgers were $30, and that’s a bit too much.

I stopped by to try the famous “World’s Greatest Cheeseburger” and it did not disappoint! The burger was truly delicious, with great flavor and a very generous portion. Definitely a place worth visiting if you’re in Ontario. Highly recommended!

Cashier was not friendly, no greeting, no smile. Our fish & tater tots were both overcooked. My husband’s plate had so much grease on it you could have literally poured it off the plate. We take my elderly parents to Bill Gray’s every Friday in Webster NY. Due to a storm happening today we decided to try the Bill Gray’s in Ontario NY where we live. It was quiet, only a few customers. Tables were dirty and shouldn’t have been any reason our fish should have been over-cooked, as I said “not busy”. We will not be visiting this Bill Gray’s again. You don’t dare take anything back because you don’t know what they will do to your food. So disappointed & for $35.50 it was a total waste of our money. All that grease!

We went into Bill Gray’s as it was in close proximity to our workplace.
I ordered a cheeseburger, chili cheese fries, and mozzarella sticks.
The chili is a full chili (meat, beans, onions, etc) and not the typical meaty chili (no beans) I’m used to. It was a delightful breath of fresh air so to speak. The cheeseburger was really good as well as it was juicy but not too juicy.
The mozzarella sticks, however, were not as good as I was hoping. The flavor is very battery and they don’t come out super hot and gooey. The sauce for dipping is a sweet marinara sauce instead of savory so I wouldn’t order those again but they were still tasty 🙂
The staff was super nice and fast. I’d definitely come here again 🙂

A go to for a great meal. You can’t go wrong with Bill Gray’s. A local chain that serves great food and is fairly priced. I ordered the Cheeseburger and Red Hot Great Plate. Mine was with Crispy Tater Tots, Macaroni Salad, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, Chopped Onions, and their signature Meat Hot Sauce. Wonder combination of flavors and textures. The Great Plate is a complete meal and is their take on a local tradition (the Famous Garbage Plate). Tater tots were extra crispy and complemented the spicy meat sauce, the creamy Macaroni Salad, and the protein selections. Their food is consistent and very good. I am a repeat customer at Bill Gray’s and I’ve always had a good meal and experience at every location I’ve been to. Bill Grey’s is a great local chain that prides itself on quality and excellent customer service. 2 thumbs up from this patron.

I believe this is the original bill grays. Amazing hot sauce and really good garbage plates. Burgers are thin but juicy and really good. They always have ice cream right there to pair with your dinner. Bill grays is very consistent in service and good quality. Don’t go in with out coupons or your getting ripped off.

Was just there and Spent $21 on two kitty ice creams and a peanut butter milkshake The server was very confused making the ice creams and totally forgot about the milkshake. Then when I reminded her about the milkshake, it was just that milk and peanut butter mixed up in a blender no ice cream whatsoever Needless to say it was disgusting and I ended up throwing it out. What a waste.

I’ve been here a few times on business trip. I tried a garbage plate this time around. It was good. It didn’t have a lot of flavor so I had to add a little S&P. It was better than another local shop ive tried but could use some spice/flavor work. I followed up the plate with a cookie ice cream sandwich and that was delicious.
