Here goes….. me and a friend ate at this Popeye location. This was the 1st time I visited Popeyes. That being said, my experience is limited to this one location. It was in the evening, so maybe that played a factor as well. I ordered chicken, mac and cheese, rice and beans, and a biscuit. My friend ordered chicken tenders and the mac and cheese. My food was good. The sides tasted good, but the small cup wasn’t worth the cost. When I put the unsweetened tea in my cup, there were brown globs at the bottom of my cup. I’m not sure if this is normal for tea since I don’t usually drink tea. It looked gross, so I dumped it and drank soda. My friends’ chicken tenders were hard and chewy. She called it eating crispy cardboard. I tried one of her tenders, and she wasn’t wrong. It was horrible. The restaurant was also dirty. The floor, soda machine, blinds, and chairs needed cleaned. 2 of the workers sneezed in close proximity to the food while we were sitting there eating our food. At this point, I started wondering about the food I just ate. I will not be coming back to this restaurant.

Customer service is zero, just because the order is take out it doesn’t mean that it’s okay to give cold food. Management have to train the employees again to have better sale here. That women work there with fake hair have no manners how to talk to customer.

AVOID THIS LOCATION , IF YOU REALLY POPEYES LOVER . I ordered garlic wings and what I got was completely uncooked, soggy, no taste and not crunchy at all. I told them, they replaced it, but it came out the same way again. Honestly, this is the worst chicken I’ve ever had in all my travels across the states.

I read the reviews and was a little hesitant to get food here but I was hungry and went anyway. It was 11:30am when I ordered my food and I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Cajun Fries. I got my food faster than anytime I’ve ever ordered at McDonald’s I was quite shocked. The sandwich was spicy, crispy, and tasty. The fries were crunchy and seasoned well.

Pay 15.99 for quarter pound of shrimp and got a handful of shrimp. I do not recommend u stopping here to eat. There is a wendys mickey dees and other restaurant. The shrimp is too hard to eat the buiscuts are old and hard. Please dont waste ur money here.

I went for the chicken sandwich but there was an hour wait, so I settled for the spicy chicken strips, only had two available so I settled for one regular for my three strip combo. The French fries were delicious and I did not know a biscuit was included in the combo so that was a nice surprise. This was my first visit to a Popeyes.
