Always a treat, Epic Wings has amazing food. Great service as well, when I ask for extra sauce, it is delivered! I typically get the Double Meal with 8 Tenderloin Strips but lately I have been getting Epic Fries which is crispy fresh-cut fries with melted cheese and boneless buffalo chicken, finished with chipotle/ranch dressing. I have also got a single order of the Buffalo Chicken Pizza Sticks which is buffalo sauce, melting cheese and boneless buffalo chicken on our fresh-baked bread sticks, with ranch for dipping. Always great unhealthy food here!

I really hate giving these kinds of reviews, but it happens. I hope management or anyone in the owners group can see this not to get anyone in trouble but to help provide better service.
On 10/9/2024, I walked in at 9:10 p.m. , and they closed at 10 p.m. . I took a picture of 9:15 pm, which was when I stepped out .
I showed up after work with my wife wanting to purchase some wings . I asked for the smallest family pack, and I was told that they don’t make the family packs this late . The young man at the counter also said that all orders at this time were only to go .
I worked and work with restaurants as vendor. I am sure that the owners and investors would not agree with this type of service. Employees get paid from us spending our money here . I am not from the area, so I was so let down that I could not try and experience the food here and be able to share it with you .

It’s just great to hear the word NO from a pathetic counter person, followed up with, please answer the question. The wings were small and overpriced.
It seems the art/aspect of service has disappeared in today’s world. Is it really too difficult to mix Buffalo sauce and Bleu cheese together and mix it with the wings? This is a chicken wing restaurant! So, I left a mess on the table for them to clean up and earn their tip. This place sucks.

I was on hold on the phone for 15 minutes. 6 minutes in and she goes “monica” i said no. She placed me on hold again. 14 minutes later she answers yelling at the staff behind her and says 20 for french fries. R yall serious rn.

Food was WONDERFUL. Staff was great. The cashier Chad was a very welcoming employee and even when mistakes were made with my food he helped me with everything and made sure everything was perfect next time it came out. Definitely an employee who takes care of his customers. Great customer service. Definitely will be back.

One of the better locations in terms of quality of food. However, what really sets this establishment miles above the rest is the customer service. Upon arriving, there was a line of about 6 people who all were attended very quickly by the employees behind the register. What definitely stood out was how inviting and helpful Julian was. I dined in and observed as Julian went around several times asking all patrons, myself included, if everything was to their satisfaction. He maintained his friendly disposition and contagious enthusiasm the entire time which made the visit that much more enjoyable. We had a brief conversation and I was on my way. He’s a solid addition to the Epic Wings team. Give him a raise! Good job Julian!
