I recently visited Popeyes and had an exceptional experience. The manager on duty was absolutely fantastic. She generously offered discounts to everyone who was there at the time, which was a delightful surprise and greatly appreciated by all of us. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable.
I was having trouble redeeming a code from the app, and she went out of her way to assist me with the process. Her patience and willingness to help really stood out and showed her commitment to excellent customer service. Although I don’t remember her name, she knows who she is, and her outstanding service made a significant impact on my experience.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this Popeyes location. The combination of delicious food and top-notch customer service makes it a standout choice. If you’re looking for a place where the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great visit, this is definitely the spot!

Super friendly and engaging staff. However, the chicken tenders were nowhere near fresh and as a result, were dry and not good at all. And Popeye’s ain’t cheap. There are zero cases in which a place that specializes in chicken should serve a product that was cooked for the lunch rush, kept in a warmer for 2 hours, and then served at 3pm. It cancels out the friendly employees. You can’t save money on food loss by losing customers that pay retail guys.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Popeyes location.
I was in the car with a friend who was picking up an Uber Eats order. She had already verified the order in the Uber Eats app before we arrived. When we got to the drive-through window, the employee demanded to see proof of verification and accused Uber Eats drivers of stealing orders, speaking in a very rude and accusatory tone.
My friend calmly showed her phone, clearly displaying that the order was already verified and that the next step was directions to the delivery address. Despite this, the employee insisted it wasn’t verified. After my friend attempted to explain again, the employee shoved the food toward her and slammed the drive-through window shut.
I called the store to make a complaint and asked to speak with a manager. The person who got on the phone identified herself as the manager and sounded like the same employee from the drive-through. She repeatedly talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and hung up on me. When I called back to ask for her name, she hung up again and then refused to answer further calls.
When I returned to the store, the lobby was locked. I went back through the drive-through to get her name, and instead of acting professionally, she taunted me and even said “yo mama” through the window.
This was hands down one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Customers and delivery drivers should not be treated this way, especially by someone claiming to be a manager. This location seriously needs better management and customer service training.

This location does not accept Popeyes Gift Cards that I purchased at Kroger. Apparently it is up to the location/franchise to accept gift cards. I think it is ridiculous that a Popeyes location will not accept its gift cards that are readily sold at all grocery stores in the area. I have eaten here before and the food has always been good.
*Edit* So the owner recognizes they are not willing to accept these gift cards. This has nothing to do with employees and everything to do with ownership. I will never be visiting this location again.

Food quality was terrible. The chicken strips were soo small they literally looked like a piece of fried bacon. And the little bit of chicken that each strip had was fatty. The general manager comped an attitude with me when I complained about how unappetizing the meal was. Will most likely never return to this location or another Popeyes again. No value!

I ordered a sandwich,fries, and 2 strawberry cream cheese pies. They charged me for 2 individual pies at $1.99. When I asked about the menu saying 2 is $3.29, I was quickly given a manager who told me that’s apple pies, not the cream cheese ones. I didn’t argue, it’s $0.70 but I checked to make sure I wasn’t crazy. They lied. Integrity doesn’t matter to them and that speaks louder than $0.70.
They then packed my bag badly which ripped open while I was walking and my fries went everywhere. Topping it all off, the food was cold. I was less than 5 minutes away at the Marriott hotel nearby.

So we just tried Popeyes Louisiana chicken for the first time ever in our lives.
Overall we give it a good four stars thumbs up. The location is new very clean and the drive-through receptionist was exceptionally outgoing and positive and I love that.
This little oasis of chicken is known for its red berms and rice Which we decided to all pass on. With that being said we got the 16 piece chicken dinner half being original happening spicy.
I got to see my personal preference is the spicy by spicy it just means got some flavor it’s not really hot at all.
Although I like the food and it was my first time I’m still undecided if I continue to try it in the future but if you’re questioning if you should go or not definitely give it a shot.

PROS: Food is always fresh here and it’s a clean, safe location for anyone to visit! The wait isn’t long especially compared to many of the OTHER locations in Ohio I’ve tried where I’ve waited up to an hour just to go thru the drive thru.
CON- I’ve gotten overcooked biscuits once and regular chicken instead of spicy with just a few visits at this location. Every location ive been to in Ohio seems to struggle with having to wait for their chicken sandwiches and also frequent mistakes of them leaving stuff out of order or something incorrect.

Worse service ever. Order only 1 fries and reviewed half carton of fries and when I asked about why she the manager replied that is the right amount. As a district manager for popeyes of 12 years ive never seen such attitude or service or half carton of fries in my whole career. Im ashamed of popeyes and embarrassed. I will never go back here even tho im a big fan of popeyes.
