I’m assuming this may have been a night shift manager or something, but I had a pick up order that was missing the strawberry chilled lemonade. I live extremely close to this location (I just moved here from Alabama) so I decided to just take the receipt to the drive through to get the drink. We are all humans mistakes happen so I wasn’t in the least bit upset. No big deal. Well..When I take the receipt to the window… she already has an accusatory attitude and was very rude. She takes the receipt and stands there studying the damn thing like her life depended on it. After a while she looks at me asking if I’m sure I didn’t receive it…and says “so you didn’t think to call when you saw your drink was missing??” LIKE WHAT… are we being serious??? I said “maim, my husband picked up the order, I live up the street… why would a call” I then asked her was I supposed to call… (which makes no sense because are we able to give replacements through the phone…? ). She then says “no, you didn’t have to call” but then turns around and says “for future reference you need to call because we keep up with stuff like that” then she rolls her eyes, shuts the window and walks off. The young guy in the front gives me my drinks. To add to it, I didn’t even receive the right fried shrimp- I order it tossed in ghost pepper rub/ but due to her nasty attitude I took my losses with that because I would’ve ended up getting rude back with her. The thing is, I know she was full of crap… she contradicted herself and clearly had an issue with replacing my drink idk if it was racial thing or she’s just a rude individual. But down south the Popeyes was literally everyone’s first job in college or in high school and I know that’s straight BS she was spewing about having to call. Yall ain’t gotta worry about me trying to get my order corrected anymore. I’ll just call corporate next time I have a missing item since a strawberry lemonade and some shrimp is that damn serious for yall. For “future reference” watch how you address and speak to people we all out here tryna make it.

The staff at this Popeyes location are the best! The are always very friendly and the quality of the food here is excellent. Yesterday when I had to wait at the drive thru while they made more drumsticks, they gave me some free chicken wings to eat while I waited in my car! Who else does that?! I love this place!!!

I was the only person in the restaurant and was not even acknowledged for 15 minutes. Finally, a patron much less patient then I came in and after 5 minutes he spoke up. Finally, someone from the back emerged and explained he’s the only employee that speaks English which was the reason no one after, now 20 minutes didn’t even bother to make eye contact or try and take an order. After 25 minutes I finally recieved my order and he offered a free apple pie for my experience. An apple pie that I have no desire to eat. The gentleman that ordered after me has know gone back to the counter twice to get the correct order with no one able to assist. An a family of English ingredients speaking people have been waiting 10 minutes to order. This place will be shuddered within a few months if this is the level of service being provided.

they’ve been out of spicy chicken—arguably one of their better items. I understand occasional shortages happen, but when it becomes the norm, it reflects a larger issue with inventory management and preparedness.
The staff has always been polite, but it’s frustrating to stop in expecting a specific menu item only to find it coming with a 25 minute wait. Hope management takes steps to improve so I don’t waste my time leaving a Popeyes review that won’t make a difference

I love their food. But you can almost guarantee they will get your order wrong 50% of the time. And sometimes when you need some popeyes to not lose your sanity, and you come home to find your order was wrong, you lose your marbles.

This Popeyes location is a game-changer! It’s the fastest service I’ve ever experienced at any Popeyes, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. On top of that, they didn’t charge me for extra sauce, which most places do. Great speed, great customer service, and great food—this spot is definitely worth a visit!

After going to tuttle yesterday i figured id give another location a try. Dried out old chicken sandwich. Apparently they dont care anymore, i remember they were always hot and fresh….2 locations in 2 days fail on both. $16 for a large combo sandwish meal and the chicken aint even hot, this was the last time for me

We love Popeyes chicken and tried out this location. We dined inside and it was clean. We ordered a giant family portion of spicy tenders and it was delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy and the breading was crisp. The spice level was great. The sides were hot and fresh. The fries at Popeyes are my favorite fry anywhere. It’s kind of crazy how expensive fast food is anymore, but this was so delicious I do not care.

Placed a mobile order for a 5pc chicken for in-restaurant pickup. The food did take more than 10-15 mins to be ready as they had a lot of drive thru traffic. The wings were quite tough, but the rest was good. They did offer a free drink at the end for the amount of wait. The restaurant was decently clean and seems to be newly renovated.
