2025: Food here was so so. I ordered spicy chicken tenders and they had no heat whatsoever. I asked for buffalo sauce and that helped a lot. There was also some confusion on the sauces for our order, but this was corrected when we went back up and asked.

*Update* Went to Popeyes again, they didn’t have again what I wanted, HOWEVER, customer service goes a long way with me. Adrian or Adrien, I’m not sure how she spells her name, 1st of all apologized. Yeah right, that’s what they all say…….but no! 2nd if all, showed it by giving me a discount and 3rd, made sure I was happy with my order, which I was. This is a genuine way to show someone you really hope they are happy despite not having what you intentionally went there for. Above and beyond. I really felt her genuineness of wanting to keep her customers happy.

Used to tell everybody I did not like Popeyes and when I was in Orlando, my friend was ordering and I told the lady I didn’t want no food. Popeyes was nasty and she screamed at me to shut up and try her food and not playing in her face. It was so good Long story short now that I’m back home I ordered Popeyes every single day. I just checked the Uber eats I have 13 different Popeyes orders and these are all from January. They have really good food and good service and the biscuit is never dry only thing I don’t like is you cannot order Chili’s on Uber Other than that, no complaint

On 12/24/2025 an Angel took my order. I don’t know your name, but I want you to know that. We changed our order over 10 times, but you were lovely. CHK 3086 at 10:46, 19940 Manager 5890. My husband is a disabled vet from Louisiana. We were half way there and had to turn around. All he wanted was Popeyes because he couldn’t go home. You all made our whole day. It’s not Cajun Turkey, but it made him smile. Thank you to that lovely Angel. Thank you for your patience. Only God can make “this” kind. I don’t know who you are, but I love you.

My family and I went through the drive thru around 8pm. They close at 11pm. They were out of all chicken except white meat, no tenders, and no promotional boxes. With three hours until closing, they refused to make any more food. We ended up ordering off of whatever they did have, and even though they had so few options, somehow they still forgot all of the biscuits. They only had 8 pieces of chicken and I ended up ordering all of them (I have a large family). That means that the two people behind me in the drive thru were about to get up to the window and be told that Popeyes is no longer selling or making chicken for the remaining three hours that they were open.
This is not my first negative experience with this place. This was just the most ridiculous to date. I will absolutely NEVER spend my money here again, and I suggest that anyone else avoid it as well.

Why is it every single time I’m on my way to work, around 10:15, they always are out of something. When I ask them to make it, they say well it will take 10 to 15 minutes. Not uf you started cooking it as soon as I order. THEN, I ordered a sandwich with bacon, and she said there isn’t any bacon cooked. Throw that measly piece of bacon in the fryer with my french fries, damn. Don’t wait til I pay for it to freakin tell me you don’t have any made. Then, at 10:20 p.m. they lock the doors, I go through the drive through….crickets! Not a soul. I went back the next day to be told there was someone there( which I knew because of the freakin cars) but they were in the bathroom. Both of them? However when the do have what I order, it is good.

Absolutely terrible experience. There was ONE person sitting in the store and somehow we still stood there for over 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us to take an order. That alone tells you everything.
On top of that, employees were handling food without proper gloves, which is just disgusting and unacceptable. To make it worse, the staff that did notice us were flat-out rude and clearly didn’t care whether customers were helped or not.
We eventually walked out, and honestly, that was the best part of the visit.
Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. Ever. There are plenty of other places that actually value basic hygiene, customer service, and your time.

Food was dried out and the reason I stop is to get their rice and beans. I get back to work and missing a rice and beans. The chicken tenders where tough like they were sitting I hot wormer to long. I cheese popper were horrible tasted old. Biscuit was so hard. Wasn’t please with the food. Best experience was the drive thru young man. Great personality and positive attitude
