Had to wait 20-some odd minutes only for my “tenders” to look like this? I didnt know I was actually at Long John Silvers and getting fried bits but no edible food to go along with it. The lady who took my order was nice, but it seems like this place is entirely disfunctional. With how long it took and the quality, I’ll just stick with other locations.

I am a door dasher as well as loyal customer and I must say this location has went down hill very fast. They seem to never have any employees the general manager always look intoxicated and not to mention the wait time is outrageous 20 minutes on a drive thru line just to get to the window and they tell my order will be another 20 minute wait

I love the Popeyes in this area. They never miss the mark. The food is always fresh, the people are nice, and the service is fast having such a high volume of people coming through. Great job!

This Popeyes has gone downhill in the last 6 months. The service is terrible, orders are messed up repeatedly, it is taking a long time to get the food and the food is cold. Customers are bringing back their wrong orders 2 or 3 people at a time. Manager is saying nothing about it. This time it took 3 times of telling the girl our order and she still got it wrong! We won’t be back and definitely will not recommend it to anyone.

This location has really gone downhill since it opened. The drive thru has been closed for a while now, and when you go in side, the service is extremely slow. And it’s very warm in the dining room. They tried to say it’s was because of the fryers. The manager had to tell the 2 people working in the back to drop chicken 2 times because they were playing on their phone’s. The wait time for our food is beyond ridiculous. I’ve gotten my food faster at a full service restaurant. And to top it off, the manager and employees act like they’re in a bad mood and don’t want to be there.

The drive thru was fairly quick and the attendee was nice. The food smelled amazing, but I didn’t want to drive off without checking the bag FIRST. They had run out of two of the most popular sauces. The sides were missing. The inside behind the counter was dirty and a lobby with impatient customers waiting. Either someone is not managing this establishment properly or they need to hire more people. No one was wearing gloves nor hair nets. 16 pc. Tenders cost $47! It is not worth the money or time spent and you’ll be dissatisfied…smh.

i order an 8 piece chicken dinner today around 4.20 and mashed potatotoes. When I gotr home and got the food out of the bag there was no pototoes and no chicken. Now what I did get was 8 chicken tenders. My bill was almost 26.00 dollars. I called them and told them what happened and the manager said she told me to pull up. I said no ma”am you did not and if she did why would she give me 8 tenders in place of my chicken. The Manager said yes I did. The only thing she asked me was did I want my recipt. I said no. Now I am 65 years old why would I lie about it. She past the phone off to someone else and he to bring the food back and he would take care of it. I told him I was tired and didnt want to get out again. He then said bring in the reciept by and he would replace the food and of course I told her I didn’t want the reciept. I will never go back to that popeye again. First of all the manager just lied to me on the phone and second I will be scared they might do something to my food.

Poor,slow,service. When I first got there there was a long line that wasn’t moving. After 45 minutes I finally get to speaker and sit there another 20 minutes before I hear them taking orders on the outside speaker. Since I was being skipped I pulled to window to take my order. The manager apologized and said she would personally take my order but they were out of bone in chicken. After purchasing $45 worth she offered me a drink and told me to pull forward and she would bring it out to me. I sit there for about 30 minutes watching other people leaving with thier order before I walk in. At this point I was fed up and just wanted my food. The manager told me she was sorry for keeping me waiting but she forget about me….can you believe that!
