Hi, I’ve had 3 bad orders in a row from Popeyes (delivery + pickup). Each time, items were missing (drinks, biscuits, apple pie), and the last time my chicken was burnt and wrong pieces were given (only wings instead of thigh, breast, leg).
The $10 or 600 points compensation doesn’t even cover what I paid for the missing items. I’d like a proper resolution — either a full refund or store credit that reflects the repeated issues.

It was 1730 on a Saturday and it was not busy at all. I ordered 1 chicken sandwich and waited almost 40 minutes for my sandwich. My buddy ordered the same. The food was cold and tasteless. Floors were filthy and covered in trash behind the counter. After eating the chicken, I threw up multiple times over several hours; so did my buddy. I will not eat here again— take your business elsewhere.

Dude with the beard hairnet, is extremely lazy and stingy. I spent $30 here and asked for extra sauce when ordering. When I got my order I had one sauce of each sauce I asked for. I had said I wanted several of each. So I asked him for more. He said I had to pay for those. Which I thought I had been, when order, which is why I had asked for several, while ordering. I told him it’s fine I’ll pay for them. He sent me to the end of the line to wait again to pay for 6 sauces. The line was long. The additional sauces were $1.80.
I spent $31.80 here on one chicken sandwich and a number 5 meal combo with an extra side of potatoes and beans/rice. And they couldn’t give me extra sauce?
I’ve worked fast food. You actually have to be a real jerk to go out of your way to make a customer wait in line all over again on $1.80….. that should have been charged to my receipt to start with.
I’m all for respecting policy. But this man doesn’t care about the customer, their time or how much they spent here. Shouldn’t even be working with the carelessness he had. Having a bad day? We all do! but a stranger/customer doesn’t deserve to get it!
Also change your frying oil. Tasted like it hasn’t been changed in a week. You guys are nasty for that. And like I said the man there was just lazy.
Expect low low quality food and care here served with poor hygiene. I threw my over fried fries and chicken away and won’t be back.
Will be contacting corporate. As the reviews for this place is consistent and our military base deserve better service while serving their country. Period.

Haven’t had Popeyes in a while so I ordered the new 12 piece wing combo
(6 Garlic Parmesan, 6 sweet and spicy) with the mac n cheese and had food poisoning 5 hrs later. It was the only thing I had to eat. Ended up throwing up everything, I will not be eating here again.

I ordered 62.00 family meal. I had to wait almost 45 minutes before receiving it. I placed the order online for pickup. I waited for 15 minutes standing at the counter before staff ask in a very rude manner if I had been help. Other young man was in the back cussing up a storm. I didn’t receive half of my order. I didn’t receive the biscuit, Red beans and rice nor my extra side of macaroni and cheese. I am a GM at a local fast food place. Also retired military. If this would have been my staff I would have fired both of them. I also called the location and they told me there wasn’t nothing they could do for me. I can’t believe that a company would employ individuals like this as well as not making it right for the customer that spends their hard earned money.

Absolutely terrible! Whoever took order 822 (my order) should be fired. I’ve never met someone so rude. Also, why were the tenders so dang salty, threw them away immediately and will not be coming back, this same person I have dealt with in the past and it’s never a good outcome. Only gave a star to write this review.

We ordered the 6 tender meal for 2 w/ fries and Mac & cheese and a spicy surf & turf combo. Had to wait for our food and when we got it we didn’t get the sauce we asked for. So we went through the drive thru to get it. The lady hands us TWO sauces for 6+ tenders!!! So we ask for more. And she then only gives us 2 more. Mind you both meals has fries as well so not enough sauce. Well I get home with our food and we’re missing some of our tenders. The spicy tender surf and turf wasn’t spicy. Also failed to give us the biscuits we waited for. Then come to find out we had no straws for our drinks. Oh yeah and after waiting for our food they came out to tell us there was no Mac & cheese. GET IT TOGETHER POPEYES !! For the amount of money I just spent ($25) I’d like for my order to be correct and not have to deal with this.

I asked for one regular and one spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me two the first time. I was calm about it and went back and asked for my regular and was given another spicy sandwich. I get that its the morning but its not hard to get your second order of the day right.
