When this place opened it was fantastic. Tonight after a very long day we ordered a family meal and an extra side of large mac and cheese. We got home and realized there weren’t any biscuits and there wasn’t any mac and cheese. Times are hard for everyone and this was a splurge for our family. We tried calling a total of six times to see if we could just come by and pick it up because mistakes do happen. But six times and the one time they answered they immediately hung up? The manager was rude to my partner when he was there and as someone who is also a manager that’s completely unacceptable. Very disappointing.

3 times, on 3 different days, I have waited at the speaker, and they never took my order. I drove away the first 2 times, the 3rd time I drove up to the window and had them take my order. No apology, they could not care less. The people behind me just left. Absolutely ridiculous. The manager literally does not care. I seriously don’t understand how they stay in business.

Went there later at night, and I get it. Late shift no people, you wanna go home. But if I spend 23 bucks on food I expect something close to what I ordered. Got two orders of the popcorn shrimp and tenders and all I got was fryer bits for both orders and only one had tenders. Extremely disappointed because this place used to be better when it opened

every single time i get popeyes there is something wrong with my order, once i ordered mashed potatoes and completely didn’t get them, tonight we just ordered and i ordered the large mashed potatoes and they gave me regular mashed potatoes. another time we went they had no chicken made and offered for me to get 1 spicy and 1 regular chicken or to wait 15 mins, we chose to wait (it was close to an hour of us waiting) do not order from here.

Went through the drive threw. Had a guy jump in front of us and got all the orders all messed up. They did not know ow what we ordered. The chicken tenders are so skinny. Should call them chicken strings. It was raining and hardly no covering to order or pick up your food.

I dont write reviews but I had to today. Was at drive thru around 3pm. Ordered 12 piece family meal with 2 large sides. Got home and I had 4 wings and 4 small legs that looked over cooked and 2 thighs. The large sides were 3 individual servings of each and the Mac and cheese looked dried out. Over 30 dollars and they never gave a receipt. So I couldn’t go back. Will never go back they are steadily going down hill. Back to KFC for me. I would tell anyone going there look at your food before you leave the drive thru.

Manager has a nasty attitude. Which leaves me wondering, how did she obtained that position? if she’s rude to customers, I know she’s definitely disrespectful to her employees. She wanted me to wait at the speaker while one of her employee’s outside with the headset on not taking orders and talking to someone in the car on the clock. so no wonder the reviews are low here.. nobody is working. How is this place still standing? Richmond just gotten their Popeyes, that’s where I will be heading to. ⚠️BEFORE YOU EAT HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO LOOK AT ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Very disappointing for me. We were in the drive thru for 30 + minutes. We ordered 2 , 5 piece spicy chicken combos. Not spicy at all.The Cajun fries were soggy (even though we had to wait for the chicken to be cooked ) and bland.
My husband liked it. Me, not at all.I wanted my money back and was informed they have a no refund policy. Plus my iced tea had very little ice in it.

My fiancé goes here all the time to get his Popeyes fix. The staff here are friendly and the food comes out relatively quickly. At first when the restaurant opened, the line ups were long, but it is now much more time-friendly!
He likes to get their Blacked Chicken Sandwich with Cajun fries and it’s been consistently good for all of his orders. He recently went there and got a Strawberry biscuit for me, and it was delicious! It was hot, flaky and sweet, and was a cute heart shape for Valentine’s Day.
