Very disappointed that we ordered extra pickles on the spicy chicken sandwiches and got zero pickles. New, clean restaurant but out of stock on some items and the kiosks were very slow to load and are placed right in front of the doors.

Don’t like leaving bad reviews and I’m usually pretty patient and realize mistakes happen so no hate to the staff. BUT I’ve got to leave this. Went tonight and ordered a 5 piece tenders spicy with fries two extra biscuits and sweet tea.
The tea they gave me wasn’t sweet. I asked the girl at the window to get me another one but even the second one wasn’t sweet. They gave me extra biscuits but forgot my fries and sweet heat sauce. And the chicken wasn’t warm enough really to tell whether they remembered to make it spicy.
I say this with love: Popeyes is a great institution and I know you all can do better.

Well the other chicken place finally has some competition on Westport Rd! Brand new place, looks nice- lots of parking but… out of Coke and Dr. Pepper already.. really? We’re not off to a very good start. The service was friendly and the food was hot so that helped.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this time I felt I had to. It seems like the phone line is constantly busy, making it impossible to reach them.
I visited this location this afternoon and paid for my order at 3:49 PM. I ordered a family 12-piece spicy combo that comes with two sides. One of the sides was supposed to be a large mashed potatoes and gravy, but when I got home, it was missing.
I tried calling the store multiple times to resolve the issue, but every call went through as “user busy.” The main reason I chose Popeyes today was specifically for the mashed potatoes and gravy, so it was very disappointing not to receive it.

Im not one to leave reviews because I come from a customer service background and have worked in restaurants about two-thirds of my life. That being said I’m a very patient and forgiving customer and human being! On 2/13/2026 at about 8:30 at night I came into the Popeyes and was going to order something to drink until my fiance and me figured out what we wanted to eat. We had both decided to walk to the Meijers gas station to get us both a drink for about half the price. The first time we walked in there it seemed pretty busy but in all actuality there was someone on break and to what I’m assuming was the manager out in the lobby talked to about 4-5 people who weren’t eating nor did they even have something to drink. When we was walking back the second time the manager seen us waking back up and went inside and kept looking at us to see if we were walking back in or not. Once we had walked in before we could even sit down and get settled she rudely walked up on us and asked if we planned on ordering anything, to which we had both replied “yes, here in just a second once we figured out what we wanted!” She automatically replied “ well you two need to order something immediately , or you two need to leave right now!” I replied back “like we said we planned on ordering something but we’re waiting to see if our company back home wanted something or not before we ordered!” She came right back and said the same thing “ it doesn’t matter either you two order something immediately or you two need to leave right now!”
So this is where I don’t understand the hostility of the situation, I work in the area and come to this Popeyes almost on a daily basis, some days I’m by myself but most days I’m there with my fiance and we always get something to eat to share and 95% of the time nothing is even said to us. I don’t have a car so after work we usually go to this specific Popeyes and get something to eat, charge our phones and wait on our rides to get back home, sometimes it takes a second because not every time our rides are right around the corner. This is why we always get something to eat to share so we can sit there unbothered by anyone and honestly 95% of the time it’s absolutely no problem but this is the second time I’ve had an issue with us sitting up there. The first time I was literally waiting on my fiance to show up to order our food and one of the managers asked me if I planned on ordering something, to which I replied “ yes I’m just waiting on my fiance to show up before I order.” There was nothing else said but about 10-15 minutes after that conversation the local cops showed up and asked me to leave! Even that cop was confused about why I was asked to leave after hearing my side of the story and me not wanting any issue I just left.
This Popeyes actually changed my fiancés and my entire outlook on Popeyes restaurant. Every other experience we had in the past was not great at all! Every time in the past the food was dry, it wasn’t great and we had both decided to just not come back to Popeyes in general. That was until we seen this new one in a completely different area and we decided to try it out once again and was very pleased and almost every day since we had come back. To me it just seems like some of the employees have issues with us sitting up there, and like I’ve said it’s only the second time we’ve had issues. I get if we sat up there every day without ordering food, but like I said there was 4-5 people there that were her friends they didn’t have any food nor did they even have a drink. But because we weren’t her friends we were shunned away very quickly. It honestly doesn’t make any sense, to us it’s a very biased operation. I get it if we were taking up spots for potential customers coming in and sitting down but that’s not the case here. We personally enjoy the restaurant and have felt welcomed But not tonight at all and after tonight especially it being the second time I’m not 100% sure if we’ll be back especially if this is the atmosphere and if this is going to be the outcome!!

Rude employees and the longest wait for old food. Placed an order online the girl at the window didn’t believe I was really the person that placed the order then they made me wait 40 mins when all I ordered was 3 pieces of chicken. If I hadn’t paid online I would have left like 7 other ppl that pulled off. ♂️ old nasty chicken

Been here twice. Both times were a joke. Drive thru line takes forever. 1st time, I asked for cheese on the sandwich three times and they left it off. Second time, they left the little divider paper on the piece of cheese on the sandwich. Definitely not worth going there a third time.

The cashier at 7:50pm on Thursday, January 1 2026 doesn’t know how to do their job correctly. My wife placed a mobile order and when I came in to get it he had it prepared as a dine in. That’s not a problem, the problem is he didn’t believe me when I showed him the order confirmation of my mobile order that he didn’t believe I had. When he finally reprinted the receipt he put my order in the mobile order bag, but didn’t put the sauces that I paid for in the bag. When I asked him and showed him again the receipt, he said he’d have to charge me for the sauces that I already paid for! I left with my unfulfilled order and very disappointed in the service

The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The chicken is less salty and crispy than KFC, so it’s delicious. It tastes similar to Korean chicken, so I buy it often.
