Spent 11$ for the chicken sandwich meal and it tasted old and sour. The fries were hot, but undercooked. Something just wasn’t right. I ended up throwing away the whole meal. Restaurant looks very nice from the outside. Such a shame the food sucked. I’m praying I don’t get sick from what I ate. Lesson learned. Not eating at this location again

My husband and I were passing through today on a short getaway trip. We stopped a little after 4:00 in the afternoon at the Bainbridge location. Every worker in the establishment ignored us. One employee actually walked within feet of us twice, and never acknowledged us. We stood at the register waiting to order, feeling awkward, only to end up walking out. I politely let the employees know that they wouldn’t lose customers if they would simply acknowledge them. We gladly would’ve waited had they simply spoken to us. We were clearly visible, and they very clearly saw us.
Adding that there was no one else in the dining room, and only one or two cars in the drive thru. There definitely wasn’t a sense of urgency from any of the employees. I’m unsure of why they were so apathetic towards their jobs.

We just waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for our food. They asked us to pull forward (likely so their drive thru speed numbers look better) and then throughout the next 30 minutes they did that to three other cars so a whole cluster of cars waiting for our food at the front of the building. When we finally did receive our food, it did not include any of the sauces we paid extra for, or napkins or utensils for eating the food. The worker also did not seem to care that we just waited half an hour for fast food. There were no cars in front of us, and no orders going out, so I truly cannot understand how it took so long when they were not even busy. Terrible experience.

They messed up my order but I understood they were really busy. I called not to complain but to speak on missing items. The manager was so nice and very easy to talk to. She corrected my order the next day. I think the whole team was a vibe. Great store. I’ll return. I got the big box btw, everything was delicious and fresh.

Terribly disappointed with this location on this visit. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because it has been good in the past.
The staff just couldn’t get it together and didn’t really seem to care. I went in and waited a good 15 minutes for my food. The poor guy at the drive through waited 20 minutes before he finally came in to check on his order.
After I got my OK food and left, it was wrong and I had to turn around and go back to get the correct sides.
I got the old McDonald’s vibe during this visit.

i waited so long for tenders that look so weird and skinny i basically had a box full of skin. I asked for red beans & rice and got a cup full of just red beans??? asked for honey and got 2 ketchups . pls shut this place down -___-

There’s no reason that a restaurant that closes at 11pm shouldn’t have fresh chicken at 830pm. Also when asked about a dessert its going to take 7 minutes. My response is that’s fine I’ll wait… oh I’m sorry we dont have any more..I call BS and that’s why major chain businesses don’t survive in small mined small towns..

At the drive thru the employee kept asking about my spicy chicken sandwich when I ordered classic chicken tenders. I had to tell her several times that I didn’t want my food spicy. I was then asked to park to the front where I waited for 20 minutes… when my food finally came, they bring the wrong side (rice and beans) . I let them know I ordered fries and was told they didn’t have any, which they should have said when I placed my order or at least ask me if I wanted rice and beans. Dipping sauces that I requested were not included nor were the utensils for a side of coleslaw. Terrible service!

First thing first, the drive thru works! The manager answered the headset but they have a note saying the drive thru is down. I gave them the benefit of doubt that maybe they didn’t have enough staff. But they did. 1 on te front counter, 1 in the back, 1 cooking and the manager running around. I had to wait forever for my food. Another couple and I ordered at the same time. The manager made sure he gave them fresh chicken for the wait. I continue to wait after they left. Once I made it home I realized an item was missing. Once I got up there I hear the little girl who was on front counter say people weird. I assumed she wasn’t talking about me because I literally have the receipt. So she saying something else the manager laughing. I had too wait again because clearly she didn’t do her job. When I was leaving the little girl said something else as I’m walking out. I say yall weird and leave. Even shift always sucks. Every time it’s something at this location. I want to post the receipt since they think I was lying. I paid $34, I want everything I paid for. Next time I will give the food back and ask for a refund. Cant beg you and pay you.
