Highly upset! Me and my mom came after her doctors appointment. I ordered a 3 piece tender with mashed potatoes. I don’t mind spending my money but don’t rip me off. Look at these tenders

The drive thru is always a great way to grab food if you don’t want to get out, but when it’s the only way to grab food, it’s tedious because the lines are super long. Within the time we’ve been hit with this Pandemic, surely by now, they can figure out a way to order inside without dining in.

I will give them 5 on the line moving pretty quickly though. However – here’s the rest. lol

What was a little confusing is the doors were locked, yet I watched people come out with single orders of food. I watched one guy walk up and tried to get in but the doors were locked. I giggled to myself thinking, you’re in the drive thru line with us, but you abandon your truck to try the doors. Well – shortly after he walks back to his truck, his buddies with the same uniform walks out of the restaurant with food and drinks.

Now to place my order – I asked for all dark, and the gentleman said I can’t! I’m thinking, surely you can, just pay extra. I know it’s that way for all white meat. Anywhoooo – he checks with someone, but I never heard a response. I finish my order, he tells me $24ish, and I’m thinking, great because I only had $25. I make it to the window and he said $26.26. Wait – I told him what he quoted and he said no he didn’t. Hmmmm – okay.

I check my bag before pulling off and the mashed potatoes weren’t in there! I’m so glad I checked before leaving because I wasn’t trying to wait at the end of the line for a family size container of potatoes.

I understand that businesses and restaurants have closing times, but it’s unacceptable to turn people away 30 minutes before closing and then lock the door 5 minutes later, preventing them from entering. While the base shuts down around 4:30 p.m., this practice has deterred other food options from opening on the base. In fact, tonight alone, six customers were lost due to the manager’s apparent disregard for closing early.

Order was wrong in the end, but it is what it is! Place was packed and only two men working, they were busting their butts and making it work the best they could. We were a bit bummed the food was mixed up but thankful for the guys trying so hard!!!

What wizardry is this!? Went through the drive through. My first time at Popeyes. Took less than 60 seconds in drive-thru from order to driving away with my meal. Asked the cashier what she recommended. Got myself the 5 piece. Was amazing. Great friendly staff at an amazing speed and the chicken was nice and hot. Others can learn from this place.

Pretty good when it’s open, but the dining room is often closed seemingly at random and they are regularly out of certain items.

This Popeyes location is pretty aweful and I have given it plenty of chances.

Why is that your chicken tenders are the size of chicken nuggets? Why is it that in the middle of lunch hour, you haven’t learned how to keep fries available at all times (when you know they are going to be needed)? Why, when you run out of fries, are you selling crinkled fries from some other location (without telling the customer first) as if they were cajun fries?

Do better.

I really think Popeyes corporate should visit this location and see if it is up to your standards.
