Night shift sucks! If you want your food in a timely manner DO NOT COME HERE!!! Took 5 minutes to take my order in drive through then get to the window to pay just to sit there for another 5 minutes before someone comes to ask what I ordered… didn’t have any mild legs so had to switch them to wings then got pulled to the second window to wait for the second thing I ordered to get cooked… been here for a good 20 minutes & my Order still hasn’t came out… with multiple people that were behind me getting their food with no problem & leavin! Terrible service I hope the food is decent at least….

I just can’t explain it. 6pm on a regular Tuesday night and no chicken ready? Well after 20 minutes waiting I find out my chicken is ready but now I’m waiting on biscuits. Nobody in the place because they getting mad and leaving. People getting told they going to have to wait to get their order taken, so they leave. Thank God it wasn’t busy. I haven’t been there in months, was warned but I did it anyway. They didn’t seem trained, they was lost trying to make orders. I was sitting was the show. Juggling food from one box to the next trying to fill a order but nothing got done. I got my order after 27 minutes, didn’t care if it was wrong or right. Guess what? It was wrong and the biscuits I was waiting on was probably from lunch time. They need corporate to step in. They can’t be making money at that location. I kept my cool through the whole ordeal because I know they haven’t been trained to do the job. Even the manager.

Don’t come here unless you want to wait 35+ minutes just to receive an incorrect or partially correct order. Ordered a 3 piece mild tender meal and got pulled up to the window stating “we are about to box it up” then 15 minutes later she came to the window stating that the cook had actually made spicy tenders and it will be another 10 minutes before the mild tenders are ready. And refunds take up to 6 business days.

Barbara served us and she was so patient and kind! We asked questions about prices on many items including the FNAF meals. She was so helpful and made our visit so great, we decided to go ahead and buy the FNAF cheese bites. (Which were great!)

Visited 12/22/25 while on a road trip. Darell was SO nice and very patient while we were trying to figure out what we wanted. He explained all the specials and recommended sauce for me. Service was extremely fast and the lobby was clean during our visit. Thanks Darell!

I have been around this area and have ate here several times since it has opened. The last time was on on 9/7/2025. I had my wife and son go inside the store and order the 16 piece meal with mashed potatoes/ gravy, dirty rice, and coleslaw. The cashier at the time was the cashier that was working the window. The inside cashier was on break at this time. The cashier at no time ever asked my son if he wanted a receipt for this transaction. The manager that day came out and took the receipt and crumpled it up and throw it away. After waiting to get the food my wife and son brought the food home. As we are taking it out of the bag I realized that the store forgot to give them any of the 8 biscuits that come with the meal and also medium size on the side items when it is supposed to come with large. So I drove back 20 minutes into town to ask for my biscuits only.
Now let’s talk about the management here. I already knew the store was short staff and needed people so I talked my son into getting a job here. I was hoping he would have been given the proper training to at least succeed since he is only 16 and this was his first job. There was not much training given to him. He said that the fry cook is new as well and was not given the proper training. You have one manager trying to staff the store and the other manager talking bad about that manager and running people off. So the problem with this store and has been from the start is lack of proper training which falls on the management. This store will never be able to keep staff if they do not train them properly. Customers will not be able to get their food in a timely manner without properly trained staff.

The building and parkinh lot are new so it looks nice from the outside but i tell ya, you spend 35$ on some popeyes and you get 2 bites of red beans and then they also give you mild instead of spicy. Come on what are these portions? Gave me just enough red beans to make me imagine the flavor of red beans. And i had to pull up and WAIT on this food. So they had plenty of time to get my order correct. Fast food really isnt that hard.

I’m a truck driver and I walked across the street for me some Popeyes and they didn’t disappoint, very nice cashier and the manager even came out and spoke to me , also very nice.Thanks for taking care of me ladies. I don’t know why other drivers wasn’t walking over there but I hope they see this and make the walk.

I normally don’t leave reviews, especially negative ones but leaving this in the hopes that it will get better. We’ve given this locations a few chances but won’t be back. Our sandwiches were completely squished and the buns had some little unidentified pieces of food on them like it was prepared on a surface that wasn’t cleaned. The smell was off. We got grossed out and couldn’t eat them. We waited about 20 mins for our food.
