They had me wait 30 minutes after pulling ahead of the drive through lane.Because they have to make the new fish sandwich to order. They took my money at 6:21 Pm and I had to go in after waiting thirty minutes at 6:51 p m, before I decide to just go in , and they just had , I mean , just was about to walk out to bring it to me. And I had to ordered $42 worth of food.I got the 2 can dine and then the 2 can dine for the sandwich.And now , the only thing that’s hot is the fish sandwich that I ordered on top of the deal. The only thing the manager had to say about my wait was that they were sorry they were making my fillets, as soon as I went to walk out, she said next time, she’ll give me a $5 coupon, 30 minutes of my life for $5. So while the interior is new and shiny , the service is horrific, horrible, and I do not recommend this restaurant to anybody who won’t “fast” fried chicken.

I could have gotten a more seasoned piece of chicken from the gas station. And they could have kept it in the grease 5 more minutes. Some of the internal breading was still wet. They sign say skip the line scan a code. I ordered online 13 minutes before I arrived.it took a total of 43 minutes to get an online order. They were loud and playing in the back,I counted around 9 employees.

The fried chicken here is really delicious—crispy and tasty on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. It’s a specialty of this place. The burgers are also great. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, which was fragrant with delicious bread. The combination of fried chicken and bacon inside the burger creates a perfect flavor. We’re set to open in Taiwan on May 30, 2024, and we hope to maintain our authentic flavor from New Orleans.

Order online, they did not have anything I ordered so they just put stuff the box and sent me off to figure it out when I get home. When I returned, the manager said she has zero powers to refund me or give me any different food. Told me I needed to go online tried try to get my money back that way.
I asked her for a number for someone else and she said she has no numbers for anyone else. I said I need to talk to whoever it’s over you and she refused to give me any numbers or names.
It was extremely weird.
This happened at 9:00 pm on February 13 in Petal. But maybe what she told me is true and corporate actually doesn’t care. I definitely will never use their app again and I’m not going back to this location.
Apparently, if you use the app, they’re allowed to rip you off.

Customer service is horrid, wait times are not reflective of food quality, it seems like no one in the kitchen knows how to manage properly to make food go out on time. Over 30 minutes for small orders are a regular occurrence. I dont know how it is possible to wait over an hour for 2 large fries as the only person in line.

We ordered in the drive through and paid for 6 sauces for my family and they didn’t include them in our bag. We also didn’t get straws for our drinks, forks, or napkins. We asked nicely a few times for the things that were missing and the employee shut the window and never came back to provide
us with the items we requested. We sat there for a few minutes and she would look in our direction, but never came back to give us the things we needed. It was a really unfortunate situation.

I have service and atmosphere a one star including the service because they are rude and we been there like 5 times already and each time they are always out of something but every single time they always be forgetting something or putting the wrong order of food in your bag !! Then one time we waited like 30 mins in the drive thru and they were missing something so my husband went back in to get it then halfway back to the house we find out that one of the sides was wrong. Called and spoke to the manager and all she could tell me was sorry we are just very busy and came up with excuses. So how you going to tell me sorry and all that after I paid all that money to get the food I didn’t receive ? And it ain’t cheap either. You could have offered me a refund or something like really. Y’all always rude and every single time EVERY TIME yall forget something in the bag like come onnnnn. One time they had charged us for our food already and THEN told us they were out of something and what would we like instead so we told her and she was like “ well normally there is an up charge for that” like okayyyy? You didn’t tell me you were out of that in the first place and then charged us for it already so that’s on you. Just rude really. My problem wasn’t the food my problem is the service here once again another place in petal that I don’t want to go to. The only reason I kept going was I liked the food when they gave me the correct food I ordered and it is the closest one to us and convenient if you live in petal. I been here like five times and I liked the food okay the problem is they don’t listen and don’t give you what you asked for. They need to be checking what they put in peoples bag before they hand people their food and if they out of something tell someone before they charge them too. I don’t want to go back because of this reason. Y’all need to do better than that even if y’all don’t like your job people are still paying to get their food from there so you should give people what they ordered and make it right cause it ain’t cheap to eat here either for fast food. Do better about your service.

This was hands-down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. My DoorDasher was GREAT — patient, professional, and kept me updated — but she ended up waiting over an hour because this location is a complete disaster. The lobby doors were locked, they were out of multiple items, and when I tried calling, the phone was literally off the hook. The workers clearly didn’t care at all. I genuinely don’t understand how this place is still operating. Absolute trash.
