I ordered online a 10 pc chicken with 2 sides and a 5 pc chicken tender with 1 side. When I got there the 10 pc chicken was marked off the order. They had everything on my order except the 10 pc chicken. Even though I had two receipts of what I ordered and had paid they refused to give me the 10 pc chicken. The window person said I didn’t pay for it. The manager came out and nothing changed with the order to make it right. He refused to give me entire order. I asked for his name and when asked to repeat it he said “F••• You” to me and my son who was with me. Very un-accommodating and very rude manager. He doesn’t belong in the food industry.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND RUDE SERVICE. Was only trying to pick up a doordash order and the rude cashier refused to listen to reason. The customer had a drink and they thought I was lying about it. I even showed them the phone. They ended up giving them a completely wrong order. So I had to get DD support on the phone. The employee kept saying “we’re almost closed” Then why do you allow doordash orders to be placed near closing? If you have a problem with it, cut the tablet off I guess? I thought your job is to work untill the last minute? And she acted like DD was taking extra time out of her work when it really doesn’t. It’s the same as if the customer themselves came and got the food.

They were out of spicy strips, but didn’t tell me until at the window to pay. No offer for anything else was made. Got regular ones instead. Food was hot at least. Service was fast.

Large order, They were busy. We were like 6th car in line. We had a couple of missing items we noticed before leaving… they made it right… didn’t have to wait 30 minutes like I have had to at the one on other side of town. I really like this one the employees have always been nice and polite and they get me in and out faster and the most accurately than any other Popeye’s in town. Thank you.

I did an online order and still had to wait for my food. When I got home, I didn’t receive my 5 piece tenders so I called the store and spoke with the manger. She was VERY RUDE!!! She said that I did not order a 5 piece when I had the recipient on my phone where I paid for it. I will not recommend this Popeyes to anymore nor will me or my family be going back.

Waited 10 min. Before I got served and when I finally got served had to pull up because they didn’t cook dessert balls. Then after 10 more min had to go inside to wait again until someone finally told me that they had not put my food on to cook. So I just asked for my money back and WILL NOT go back there ever AGAIN!!!!!
