We went to Boom Boom several times in the evenings for dinner.
It’s a wonderful location and everyone there is very friendly and welcoming.
Once we pre-ordered lobster, which was delicious, but the regular Thai food is also excellent.
Best laab ever 😉

Good food. Kind staff. Location on the beach. Short walk from tui blue khao lak. Two star less for super small portions of food. Other than that, it was ok.

When staying in Mai Resort turn left on the beach to Boom Boom for the better food (much better than on the right side of the hotel). It’s less than a 10 minute walk.
P.S. They serve the best fish cakes!

This was the best restaurant we had in Khao Lak. Ive had hyped seafood in Pattaya which is known to be some of the best but this little restaurant by the beach was even better, highly recommend. If you can get there around 5:30 it’s perfect timing for sunset.

We tried this restaurant several times during our stay at Mai Khao Lak.
But this is one of the most expensive restaurant along the beach.
The food is okay but small portions and it takes very long time to get your food. The staff isn’t so friendly and fast as you expect in Thailand.
If you’re okay with that the location is very nice but otherwise there are several restaurants to choose from that is much better.
