I went to Popeyes and ordered the Ghost Pepper Wings I ordered a two piece white Spicy Chicken with Fries. I paid and went to my car. I ate one piece of the Ghost Pepper Wings. Then I checked the two piece white Spicy Chicken for the Fries. There’s no fries in the box? There was no one in the Place. I went to the counter. The Lady that waited on me was there. Her back was turned to the counter. I said Miss my Fries are missing? When the Lady turned around. She said the Ghost Pepper Wings you ordered doesn’t come with Fries. I told her I have been eating Popeyes Chicken since I was fifteen and a two piece white Spicy Chicken comes with Fries . The Lady gave me my Fries. I went to my car and ate my Fries. Popeyes opened in New Orleans in 1975 on Chef Menteur Hwy 70127. Fact not Fiction.

I went through the drive thru at 9pm. They had me pull up and waited 30+ minutes for 3 three piece chicken. I had to go inside to get my food. It was just sitting there for no telling how long. I wanted tenders but they said they ain’t dropping anymore tenders tonight even when they had an hour til close. Will not be going back.

Well I’ve been there 3 times in 2 weeks to try and get the ghost pepper wings the first time they said they where completely out of chicken?? Second time they said i had to wait 10 minutes if I wanted the ghost pepper wings?? The third time they said they were not cooking ghost pepper wings at this time don’t know what that means but I ha e been unable to even try this product and order a 3 piece and have to wait 5 ta 10 minutes just for that management really needs to step up there or it my not be them could be people above them don’t know yet they haven’t responded to me yet…

This was the best Popeyes chicken I ever had. Buying in Louisiana is not like buying it anywhere else. Everything was super hot, fresh, and tasted home cooked. I have never had to wait to eat because it was too hot. Or never has my macaroni been so creamy and oven baked. Not to mention the customer service, it was superb. I wish I had cash on me so I could have tipped her. I bragged to my daughter back home and and wants me to pick her some up on my way back. She said if it’s as good as you.say it will reheat and taste better than her going to get some across town. Definitely stopping back by on my way back to Tennessee.

Great experience!!! Within the last week , the drive thru has been moving faster and the food has been hot. I did notice a different lady that was working. She was making sure everyone was taking care of. She also had me laughing. She has a great sense of humor although they were short staffed. Keep her around,I will return!
