I am starting to notice a theme in Canton. They have the absolute worst McDonald’s, the absolute worst Burger King, and now the absolute worst Popeyes I have ever been to.

Came again 12/17/25 at 3:00 and it ridiculous. The manager rushes and is rude. The one with the black and white pixie…she always so rude and rushes workers. I am happy baby girl with the black glasses was there today. I wasn’t able to ask her how her day was going, but I hope it was well. She made my food for me and it was correct, like always. I hope her and the other good workers find a better place to work. Hav not seen Jessica there in a while, hope you didn’t fire a capable manager!

Got here an hour after they were opened on a Sunday and they were out of half their menu. Not sold out. Just not prepped.
People left and right were waiting 30+ minutes for orders.
Chicken was fried well but lacked seasoning or flavor of any kind. Only sides available was the rice and beans and that was okay.
Bathroom was a nightmare.
The only good part of my visit was the employee taking orders. She was patient and professional.
Totally seems like a mid to higher management problem at this location.

I ordered the 5 piece tenders meal. I believe they were boneless wings, Chicken boneless wings are called tenders. Literally 3 bites. The manager said the boneless wings are even smaller. I said that those are called nuggets and she laughed.
The flavor and atmosphere is always there, but quality and attitude, not so much.
Stay away from this one if you can.

On this day … I witnessed so many RED flags and will not be a customer at this establishment anymore. Staff playing in the lobby and coming back to serving area not washing hands and prepping food orders. I also saw two of the team members using the thongs grabbing each other with them , then turned around and grabbed the chicken to box orders. The service was slow, staff look as though they didn’t want to work and the atmosphere was not friendly to customers. We also witnessed Manager counting money which could have ending of them getting robbed, because the door was not lock. I took pictures but I sent them to the district manager and hopefully they care enough to assist this location with better team members that value their job, the company’s product and the patrons that they service.

I recently used my debit card in the drive-thru at the Canton, MS location, only to discover later that the employee taking my order stole my card info and tried to use it elsewhere. Fortunately, my banking institution recognized this as fraudulent activity and blocked my card. I notified the manager and was told that the general manager would contact me. As of yet, I have not been contacted. I can only assume that the manager has notified the employee that she has been caught.
I normally never use my debit card at drive-thru windows, but I had no cash on me at the time. Let this serve as a caution to others! If she did this to me – even though the transaction failed – just imagine how many others she has done it to and actually succeeded.

Horrible place to go, I ordered an 8 pc family meal online..picked it up, went home 20 minutes away,opened the bag it, I got biscuits and mashed potatoes I ordered, but instead of 8 piece it was a chicken sandwich. I attempted to call multiple times only to be hung up on each time. Talked to Corp office they only offered a coupon for 10 dollars..that meal I paid for was 34 dollars. I asked for refund only to my card in the diffrence, Corp put my request thru to the manager and I never heard back from them. What a horrible place wonder how many other people they do this to

Everytime I come here during 7-10pm they either don’t have something or I have to wait for about 20 minutes on something!! Food is great though but Some workers act like don’t want to work!! Lauren and the short girl with glasses are the only workers I look forward to fixing my food.

The restaurant is nasty. The employee that I dealt with was loud and rude. I ordered 2 meals and was given only 1 meal which was nothing that I ordered. She wanted to argue and say I got the correct food even after looking at my receipt. I then asked for dipping sauce and was given only 1. They wanted to charge me for an additional sauce even though I ordered 2 meals. Worst $30 I ever spent. Popeyes is in a downward
