The most disgusting chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my life! I think there was a chicken patty on there but I’m not sure. Whatever it was was so thin and dried out and it was hard as a rock! I don’t know if it sat there all day or if they cooked it three different times but it was the most disgusting thing I ever took a bite out of. Whoever was in charge of cooking that food on 1/26/26 at 8:00 p.m. should be fired for serving that! My son and I were two of only three customers in this whole restaurant so there was no issue of being backed up or anything. Absolutely disgusting.

As a dasher who ever is manager on duty today around 11 needs fired. The way she talks to the employees your lucky you have employees all so you mite wanna give the African American male that was working in the front needs a raise for working under those conditions. You probably need to put another cook on I understand times are tough but you left your team to fail. The manager I have never seen such unprofessionalism. Sad to see we love Burger King do better!

I had come here last night. It took almost 20 minutes to get through the line in general. Their Mozzarella fries tasted like they had been under the heating lamp for HOURS!. In truth, I should have checked my order before leaving the store, but seeing the line was already 5 cars deep and it took me 20 entire minutes with only 2 cars in front of me, I stupidly trusted that they got all my order right and drove home only to find my order was completely wrong and the 8 sauces I had ordered were not in the bag. Don’t recommend going.

I stopped by this place for a quick bite, and I was blown away by the friendly service and delicious food! The staff were attentive and efficient, and my meal was ready in no time. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy perfection. I’ll definitely be back! Quick, easy, and tasty! The drive-thru was fast and convenient. Highly recommend! The employees were friendly and it didn’t take long they did forget about no tomato on my chicken sandwich but took it back up there and they fixed it with no problem.

Ordered a mobile order: an impossible whopper, add mustard, add cheese, add onion rings, remove raw onion, remove pickles. Recieved an impossible whopper with no cheese, no mustard, no onion rings, with raw onion on it, 7 pickles (i would call that extra) and so much mayonaise it was oozing out of the wrapper. I’d like to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt, but honestly, this comes across as an act of spite from an employee who simply couldnt be bothered to honor the customizations I paid for. Ended up removing the pickles and onions, and wiping off atleast 2 tablespoons of mayonaise. Yuck.

Why would I order ultimate steakhouse burger to receive frozen mushrooms on supposedly hot sandwich. Staff is very unfriendly and lazy. Manager very sarcastic and unprofessional arguing with the customer. She couldn’t manage a one house paper route, let alone a Burger King.

I’ve never had so many teeth pulling experiences with 1 restaurant. Ordered online get there for them to tell me over half my order is unavailable and they won’t substitute it’ll take 3-7 days for my refund “if I find the trouble necessary I can go online for my money back” I said fine just make the sandwiches please. Get my order for MY ENTIRE order is wrong try going back through/ calling with no response I cannot eat what I was given and I’m now out $23. Cool. Thanks once again for rude customer service and the unwillingness to correct it.

This experience was so awful my assistant and daughter came to this location pick up more than $35 worth of food. When they came back everything was cold I call and ask,and spoke with the manage which was rude and hung up on me. I just asked for a remake and nothing else.but they hung up here is my burger which is a rodeo burger this is what it look like ..my first time coming here and Never going back again!!!really guys like come on I been in fast food for years and to send out a order like that us just unexceptable!! I will contact corporate!. Just for hang up and that kind of service
