Bought flounder sandwich, it was burnt. Drove back to the restaurant, waited a second time and the same outcome. This picture is the second sandwich. Unable to eat, dry and crisp. Flounder should be flakey. And sandwich is $4.99 + tax.

We ordered our meal at Popeyes Indianola. There were a few people in the drive thru and only 3 other folks dining in . We waited 45 minutes for our meal and finally gave up asked and received a refund for our meal ,but will never get the time back. It was not a mistake or lost our order, they never intended on preparing our order. The manager was just as incompetent as the other employees. If you are traveling through Idianola Ms do not under any circumstances ever stop at the Popeyes.

My family visited this location while filming some history hot spots. We had not eaten all day and needed a good meal. We were greeted my Denise and she delivered on every level.
First my middle name is Denise, and my namesake was also present, so it was meant to be.
Denise didnt make us feel rushed when deciding how to best accommodate our group. Instead she asked questions, offered suggestions and allowed us time to discuss. Once a decision was made, she patiently took all orders with a smile. Fast Food doesn’t always operate in this fashion, so know we were very grateful for Denise. She assured we had plenty of condiments, food trays and plastic ware since we were eating on the go. Thx to the cook b/c the food was hot and freshly made. Nothing was missing from the order. Nothing‼️ Thank you for making this stop delightful, Denise.

Never in my LIFE have I had to wait 5 plus minutes BEHIND the drive-thru window before payment, only to be told to pull up, pay and wait another 10 minutes PAST the drive thru window to receive a piece of chicken! Luckily I checked my bag before pulling off because of course they didn’t give me any dipping sauce as requested. I’m not sure who’s in charge of this location, but seriously need to be restructured!

Rude and act like they hate their jobs. Unless you have a disability, there’s no reason not to open your mouth when ppl are talking to you directly, customer or not, especially if they’re being kind to you. They caught me on a good day because I don’t tolerate rudeness when it comes to my elderly father.

We went to this particular Popeyes & first of all everybody in the back was LOUD!! Like being @ a sporting event kind of loud!! Next no one came to take our order for atleast 5 mins & we were the only customers there on the inside. They were no apologies made when the female worker came to take our order. We live in this town but will not be going back anytime soon.
