We had an online order and went thru the drive-thru. It turns out their system was down however they were still able to make our order because it was online and we were super grateful for that. The employees asked us to pull up and over to the side and they brought our food out to us. It did take approximately 15 minutes which I thought was a long time but it was worth it! The chicken was juicy and cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were amazing as always.

They don’t close till 10pm, but at 9pm they are out of chicken. They should have seen that the chicken was running low and cooked some more. It takes around 20 minutes to cook more. Then you wait in line for the drive thru for 20 or 30 minutes, although there is at least 4 people inside doing whatever except waiting on customers. Needless to say I and others left and went to KFC.

Went to order aroubd 8:45 took forever w/2 cars in front of us then took forever when we got to speaker took another 10 min before we were addressed. We were then infromed they only had medium tenders and bone in chicken. Went to order 2 5pc tenders and they didn’t have enough but for 1 3 pc. Abosutley insane!

Doors going in locked then when you had your turn at the menu in drive thru. We would get a hello then wait a few minutes then please wait again. It took 10mins to put an order in and the 5 cars that were behind me kept being rude and honking horns. I had my kids w me and didn’t make me feel safe but that’s all they wanted to eat

I had a Birthday Celebration catered Saturday February 11, 2023. The food was delicious and hot. All the guest couldn’t stop talking about how great the food was. We went to the popeyes in Holly Springs Mississippi it was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER……… They had nothing and there wasn’t any people there inside or the drive through the person in the drive through was talking so fast and wouldn’t let us talk it was ridiculous… WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE GET SOMEONE IN THERE THAT LIKES THE JOB AND DOES IT THE RIGHT WAY

Tried to get the blackened chicken strips. They let me know they were out of seasoning. I told them that was fine because I can’t have it fried. They responded with the manager won’t sell them with out seasoning. Seeing that others in this review thread have had issues ordering the blackened chicken strips, it seems they don’t know how to cook it. Be cautious of there food.

the food portions at this specific location are always much smaller than any other popeyes ive been to. i have in the past only recieved a portion of my orders. and they always close hours earlier than advertised. hands down the worst popeyes ive ever had exeperience with.
