Ms Kay did an AMAZING job!. We had a charter bus with Paul quinn college women’s basketball team and we had fresh food, amazing service, and a quick turnaround! This location is very, very, very, very unprofessional.Especially the night shift. I don’t know who’s managing the night shift. They either need to be retrain or terminated. I don’t know who’s making your chicken over there, but you need to give them a raise. I haven’t eaten popeyes that tasted this good in two decades now. You really blew me away. The chicken didn’t taste old or dirty, and you could taste the salt brine in the chicken meat. Keep doing whatever you’re doing and pay your chicken person some more money. You definitely want to keep them.

Every single time we come to this location, they are either out of chicken, have a wait time more than 5 minutes, have use to pull up and wait for the food or close early. At this point, IDK why this location is still open. And then if the customer service was decent, we would mind waiting, but every time we stop, everyone is short with you and have attitudes.

I love Popeyes, but I would rather go somewhere else or drive 25 miles down the road to the next one management is rude. The service is horrible and they will sit there on their phones instead of getting your order together. I waited 20 minutes on 2 three-piece tender meals and a small fry. I will never go back to this one.

Man, there is a manager here with a bad attitude. She didn’t wait on us, but we heard her talking to another customer in the drive-through, so we decided to walk in. The ladies at the front counter said she is like that every day,lol. The ladies at the front were nice and made sure my order was correct. The food was hot and fresh.

Ordered online and was given a ready time of 8:31 pm, got there a few minutes after the ready time and had to wait for fresh chicken to drop (that wasn’t the real issue) the manager on duty at the time was very nonchalant and uninterested in his job. He didn’t seem to care that people were waiting so long. We weren’t the only people waiting, there were two others that had been waiting longer than us. They even had people come inside from the drive through because they were waiting for a long time also, but they were told they had to go backnto drive through because the lobby was closed. On top of the excessive waiting, they didn’t give us our complete order. The manager saw me checking my order and asked if we were missing the very item I was looking for, which makes me aware that he was aware of the missing item because I hadn’t said anything to him or the cashier yet. On a good note at least we got fresh chicken but the waiting and very poor management will definitely be the demise of that restaurant.

Sat In parking lot for almost 30 minutes waiting for my order to drive back through drive through and be told our order was never dropped and would take another 10 minutes unless they substituted an item so we did that and even then that order was wrong
