My wife and I were in Disney Springs to get the newest Gideon’s cookie. After that we were looking for a place to eat. We have eaten in most of the restaurants here except for Paradiso 57. We looked at the menu they have posted outside and decided to try them. Even though it was still lunchtime, they were able to get us seated right away. Our server was there shortly to take our drinks orders and when those arrived we put in our meal orders. Our meals were prepard pretty quickly and we enjoyed them. Our seats had a great water view too. All in all we had a great meal and enjoyed the music they were playing. We were not disappointed.

So being in Disney springs is definitely overwhelming when you’re trying to choose a place to eat because there is so many options! And a lot of the places are crowded and the waits can be long but I think Paridiso 37 is a hidden gem of sorts? I think the food here was so very incredible and it was so nice having Peruvian food because a lot of the restaurants had similar dishes and this menu was full of a lot of fun new dishes. We ordered the loaded yucca fries which were amazing, the Lomo Saltado which was so so good, probably one of my top dishes on this trip to Disney! It was such a good time and the restaurant is gorgeous with outdoor seating, indoor seating and then half in/out too. The waiter and staff were so good and took very good care of us. We had a wonderful early dinner here and I would definitely come back!

We dined at Paradiso 37 on a weekday for lunch. It wasn’t crowded at all and had no wait to be seated.
The food and service were excellent. We shared a chips and dip trio. I had the fish tacos and a drink from the bar. Everything was really good.
It did pick up before we left and was a little bit on the loud side, but definitely not a deal breaker.

Paradise 37 was a solid choice for dinner. We ordered the nachos and the Cuban Burger. Both were excellent. The nachos had generous toppings without getting soggy, and the burger was seasoned perfectly.
Service was efficient and the vibe was lively. It is a reliable spot if you are looking for good food and a place to sit down in Disney Springs. I would definitely recommend it.

Nuts! Sat down, super busy and we quickly found out….for a GREAT reason!
The music was incredible, the service is unmatched for any place as busy as this and the food??? Well good God I am not playin’….NO TOURIST FOOD here! Crazy portions but the quality is on point! Just sayin’….this is the All-In spot for any adults and families with kiddoes at Disney Springs! I do not get sloppy with most reviews….give Paradise 37 their fair shot and I promise, you will LOVE that you did!
Klaus and Emily were bar ninjas on a Friday night….no matter how many people came in, they made us all feel like familia!

We sat down outside which leaves a lot to be desired. Wish they had more of a view of the water rather than the walkway of people. The service was good. Took about 5 minutes to get a drink order in. We ended up putting in our entire order in at same time lol . 3 of us got All-American burgers. One Well done, one medium, one medium well done. All three were made well done and actually burnt to a crisp. I rate the service a 4 because they (the manager) did end up making two of the burgers complimentary of the house so that was good. Still didn’t make a dent in the overall price lol but was grateful they did that. Can’t say we will be back tho.

Visited last Saturday on a busy day with a group of 10. Had a reservation and were seated at a lovely table facing the water. Service from Maegen was outstanding, friendly and attentive. Our group of seven adults and three children enjoyed drinks, appetizers and good food. I would certainly eat here on a future visit to Disney Springs.

First time here and we really liked it. We had a late lunch & drinks for happy hour (happy hour ends at 4:00pm) We ordered a beer and margarita, but instead of a salted or sugared rim, opted for tahin and it was fantastic! We had the nachos and ordered the Pacific upside down cake and both were very good I will have to say that the prices are on the high side, but it is located in a high traffic tourist area so no surprise here – I definitely would recommend this place and would definitely be back.

We stop at Paradiso 37 for quick cocktail, after a nice walk through Disney Springs. The bartender Chance was great, super friendly and the drinks he prepared were on point!!
We did not eat this time, however they have a nice restaurant with plenty of seating and a nice atmosphere.
Would definitely recommend Paradiso 37 to anyone visiting Disney Springs.

We really enjoyed our visit. We didn’t stay long, but the experience was great. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive, and we truly appreciated that she spoke both English and Spanish, it made everything feel even more welcoming and comfortable.
