I ordered from Popeyes via a delivery app, and my experience was much better than I expected! I had read other reviews mentioning cold or late food, but that wasn’t the case for me. My order arrived warm and in less than 15 minutes—super fast service.
I got the Classic Chicken Sandwich, fries, and mac & cheese. The chicken sandwich was solid, definitely better than I expected. The fries were edible but nothing spectacular, and the mac & cheese was a letdown—I only had a few bites because it lacked flavor.
Overall, it was good for a quick snack or late-night meal, but I’d probably skip the mac & cheese next time. Would order again if I need something fast!

Despite pre-ordering online while drving there, we sat in parking lot another 40 minutes waiting for our food. I walked in once and was told, it’s almost ready, it will be nice hot and fresh. 10 minutes later I went back in and waited there for another 5 minutes. There was a big clean up going on up front by the soda machine (maybe something broke?) But there were several workers in the kitchen and I heard there were about 5 orders waiting.
I got no apology or explanation. Very disappointed!

We haven’t had Popeyes in ages we just don’t have one in the area we live. We finally get to stop at this location, they no longer have spicy strips and I ordered a side of gravey that costed $2.50 and was given a shot glass of gravy a little 1.5 oz soufle cup. I normally got a side serving of gravy for that price. I asked the worker about it and she assured me that it was correct. I will not be back this is robbery.

Food prepared hot and fresh, so don’t expect FAST food. The food is good. The order came out incorrectly, but it was fixed immediately.
Spicy Chicken Sandwich is not very spicy , so don’t be afraid to try it.
There are no napkins in the dining room. There is no ketchup in the dining room. We have to request them at the counter.

I ran through the drive-thru of this location on the way down the interstate. I am pleased to say that my food was fresh hot. The chicken was spicy and very crispy. I got a double order of french fries which were hot and crispy and I was very pleased with the flavor and texture of each. I did get napkins placed in my bag which I found to be helpful as I was driving down the interstate and I got sweet tea which seemed to be fresh and not too sweet which is good because no one likes drinking pure sugar water. The nice lady over the intercom was the same lady at the window and she did a wonderful job of service and attitude. She was pleasant at the window and was nice to be greeted with a smile. The only thing that I feel is that they offer too many things when you’re at the window or at the microphone to make your order. They offer you 17 more things than you came there for and I think they should cut down on the amount that they offer you. If I wanted to try it, I probably would have ordered it. I would highly recommend this location and will return again.

Dining area was closed. Would not accept mobile orders. Employee said,”the app is being weird”, after asking if we had a mobile order. When asked for plastic ware through the drive thru, we were told they didn’t have any. We asked if we could have a drink refil because the lobby was closed. They refused.

We were taken aback after being met with attitude at the drive-thru, and upon receiving, part of the order was missing. When I walked in, the manager was loudly complaining that she was the only one here, but two other workers were also present in the back. She kept claiming that she couldn’t do her job and was going to leave right then. So bizarre and not welcoming at all. Absolutely will never be back.

Disappointed. I got pulled and waited over 30 mins until I decided to go back to the window after seeing others behind me get their orders. They asked what I was waiting on so clearly my order was forgotten? I waited at the window for another 5 minutes before asking for a refund and the person told me I’d need to wait that it’s almost done. I asked again for a refund and another person came to help fulfill the refund. I will not be going back.

The person taking orders at the drive through was kind and quickly took my order. They asked me to pull up away from the window and wait for fresh fries, so I did, even though I was the only car in the line. 15 minutes later I finally went inside and they had simply forgotten my order. This is becoming common place. Go to a drive through and they ask you to pull forward only to forget you. Their timer may look good but the reality is customers are constantly being forgotten and the quality of service overall goes down. My suggestion would be use the drive through the way it was intended, especially if there is only one person in line.
