Place was super dirty. Hand sanitizer on the floor, all the tables are dirty. Ordered at kiosk and they give us our order and we decide to stay instead of leave and ask for the sweet and sour sauce we ordered and lady was like that’s 23 cents. Why are we paying for dipping sauce this is why I stopped coming to McDonald’s and definitely will be the last time I ever support there establishment.

Placed a curbside order. We waited for 20 minutes and they never bought it out. Went in and it was setting in the back counter. The girl apologized, saying she completely forgot about it. She made the food fresh, but didn’t make it how it was originally ordered. It was a happy meal cheeseburger with cheese and pickle only. We just grabbed it and went back to the hotel. Well the burger had everything on it. They didn’t give us any napkins. I had to scrape off the onions the best I could for a 3 year old. Very disappointing! Very irritating that I placed a curbside order so I didn’t have to get a toddler out of the car in the snow. Ended up having to get her out anyway. And then for the order to be wrong… very frustrating!

They had me pull up as my quarterpounder would take a few minutes. When I got it it was cold, tasted old, and like a normal hamburger and not there quarterpounder. The fries were also cold. I do not recommend this location. The people were not the nicest either. One was even on the phone (her own phone) at the window not even paying attention to me.

Just went through the Drive-Thru here not much to say. Got a good pic of the menu. Quick service. All I ordered was a Large Coke and they met my expectations and had it out in under 3 mins. The McDonald’s app is definitely the best thing the business has ever decided to add. It speeds things a long that much more. The lady was very polite and kind. I didn’t catch her name she smiled thought so that’s a plus from the usual McDonald’s. The person at the next window filled my Soda just a little bit close to the rim so it was coming out the middle of the lid when I tried to put the straw in. I’ll probably becoming back here when I go to Walmart next. Maybe I’ll get some pics of the inside and see if they’re just as good with Dine-in customers.

Came in Dec 6 2025 at 9:15. Workers talking bad about me as a customer so loud I can hear them because I ordered mayo packets. Just do your job instead of being a nasty person. It’s not that hard to restock the mayo packets. It’s a blizzard with no one in there. Just lazy and RUDE. When is it ok to talk about the customer infront of them or at all. Acting like it comes out of their personal bank account is crazy. What’s even crazier is they “punished” me by only filling my one fry (the only thing I got) like under half way full and I didn’t notice till I already drove back home in the blizzard so not going back. The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I travel the country for work so I’ve been to PLENTY weekly. It was an older lady too with brown hair so it’s not like it was only a teenager.

Consistent food quality and flavor that you expect from McDonald’s. Staffing seemed a little short so we waited a bit longer than average for our food and the floors in the dining room didn’t look to have been mopped in awhile. However the staff were friendly and it was a newly remodeled store.

Not a good mcdonalds. Twice this week i went here and ordered my burger with no onions and no pickles and what did i get? Their nasty onions HIDDEN on my burger. Pretty sure its not their job to hide onions on my burger and make me eat them. On top of that they wrapped the burger with the paper inside out. Crazy how they want big money to do their jobs but cant do it correctly. Also their fries are mid at best. How do you serve hot, half cooked fries?

Ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal with NO cheese (I don’t like cheese on my burger and they don’t have a 2 hamburger meal). I received a slice of cheese with ketchup & pickles, NO MEAT on a bun! WHAT?? Unfortunately we were to far away to go back and get the correct burger.
