Horrible experience!!
Went there tonight, they have on their menu 21.99 10 piece meal in the drive thru. They said it was app only. There was nothing on their menu board saying that. I read that to them. She said she didn’t know how to ring it up and there was not a button and that they went to training on it?? “Get better training!!” Also she said, “ I was threatening”, really !! I was no such thing I was telling them what their sign said. Then she said she would not serve me.. lol while another female in the back ground was saying I was threatening. Whatever!! So I drove around to the drive thru window and the manager would not come to the window upon request but I will say the lady who did come to the window was very nice I think she said was the cook. I requested them to go read the menu advertisement. They did not. The cook lady tried to ring it up but didn’t know how.
Do better Popeyes!! I will not be back to your location no matter how much I like your cajun gravy. I really recommend you secret shop this store @ 7pm at night, this is not a store who wants to wait on their customers. Every time I go there has been excuses about you will have to wait on chicken I don’t care about waiting on hot fresh chicken!!

Put in order online sent son to pick it up they assured him it was all there, he got home and we had none of the chicken strips we ordered $40 dollars worth of chicken call and they said sorry we can comp you for next time or you can come back and get it mind you we live 30 min away , so my son offered to go back they have horrible customer service i won’t be spending any more money at this location. Don’t waste your time or money here !!!

Ordered at 10:35pm through doordash, dasher got there and was told they close at 11pm and they cant make any of our food. Sooo you’re not open till 11pm then right? Whats the point of being open till 11pm if you stop making food 30 minutes before u close?? Now dasher is texting us telling us you all said we need to cancel the order?? Stop that Popeyes at 5:30 this evening. Just wanted a three-piece regular. Lady said they didn’t have none ready. In the last 2 months I’ve gone there four times every time they didn’t have anything ready. Like to know why are they still open.

RUDE!! The food has always been hit or miss at this location, but after today’s visit I won’t be going back. Old black manager lady was rude while taking my order at the drive-thru. Other black girl was rude while I was paying for my food. Demanded I hand over my coupon, even though it was digital. I then confronted both of them for their rude attitudes towards me for no reason. The manager’s excuse was that she just got out of the hospital, I go there enough to know that was lie. I told them I dont even trust them to pack up my food anymore. Manager refused to give me my money back and just gave me the old food instead. Fries were soggy, rice was crunchy like it was raw on top of the beans. It was all old. Kids wouldnt eat it. I don’t know what I did to make them mad besides being white and ordering there. They acted like I owed them reparations. The entitlement is ridiculous. Just put the fries in the bag.
