Bojangles hit a home run with this breakfast! They have really improved their gravy! Great price! Biscuit and gravy add 1 egg $3.29 before tax! Excellent portion size!

Consistently, orders weather dine in or drive thru are often wrong. I can understand longer wait times. But dinning in is an exceptionally long wait. Take out has been wrong with 3 visits. All visits had (missing items)

The absolute worst food we’ve gotten in a very long time. The chicken sandwich meal I got was disgusting. It was over cooked, seemed to have been re-fried, and parts tasted of cod liver oil. The French fries were coated in salt and also seemed to have been re-fried. My wife’s tenderloins were overcooked, refried and dry. Even the drink was off-tasting and flat. We threw most of our “meals” in the trashcan. The floors were nasty and we had to search for a clean table, and we were there before noon on a Sunday. My first and last visit here.

Last my BF and I ordered the 2 for $5 bo berry sausage biscuits and it was near 11am so maybe it was due to the fact breakfast was pretty much over every other place however the biscuits were hard and the sausage patty was chewy and very hard to eat. It was even thrown together with the sausages half off the biscuits and they both were like that and the frosting had been on them so long it crumbled off the biscuits. Then this morning my BF and I were the 2nd customer they had this morning I know for a fact cause we parked and waited for it to be 5am there and open so we could order fresh breakfast before we went off to work. I will say that they gave us fresh well put together boberry sausage biscuits that are still 2 for $5 but we also ordered some bo-tato rounds in size medium which is suppose to be 6 bo-tato rounds to the order is what we were told and after driving 6minutes to work we look inside of our to go bag and found only the boberry sausage biscuits….and no bo-tato rounds. I thought the 2nd customers of the day and already they had messed up something to where we had to drive 6minutes back there cause no one answered the phone for the number on the receipt so I could request they just correct it another day so my BF and I could get to work. However he wanted the bo-tato rounds enough to say he would run over and get them for us anyways and he dropped me off and quickly ran back across town to tell them they had forgot them in our order and when he finally got back to where I had been waiting for him he brought a bag with a medium order of bo-tato rounds that only had 5 rounds in it when it was suppose to be 6 and they were entirely undercooked. It was just a really unpleasant breakfast and 2 time in 2 weeks it hasnt been good enough to brag on but it’s been terrible enough to let other people know how bad it has been recently. We were the 2nd customers….I hope they can find a way to turn the day around and do better….good luck to all involved it’s only tuesday

Usually there decent. But ordered a door dash order from them with two orders of season fries. The fries are cold and have absolutely zero seasoning on them. They’re called season fries for a reason get it together Bojangles. It’s pretty simple. Put seasoning on the seasoned fries. Not rocket science.

Tonight is the last time. This is the 6th time Bojangles has completely destroyed our order. We even stopped going through drive thru bc our order always ends up short. The last two times we physically went in. Order was still wrong. They made fresh white gravy for the biscuits and gravy??, one drop of gravy on the mashed potatoes, missing 2 mashed potatoes and large fry. Manager even refused to come out to speak to us. This place was great before pandemic but no longer. It seems they no longer care about their food or what they serve. The employees are nice and always friendly. That is the only reason for the star.
If you want to eat here, go at opening through 1pm. After that you are likely to wait forever for food, get cold food anyway, receive the wrong food, not receive the food at all, or be told they are out of food in general.

They close early just to clean up before they close at 10pm, they should be serving customers until 10 i mean even at least until like 9:50 but no they don’t. Got here at 9:30PM one night and they said they were closed even though I watched an older couple walk out of the doors literally as I was pulling up, so I call the store and the guy tells me that they’re not open til 10pm that the website is wrong but they will probably be going back to 10 pm soon so that’s probably why it hasn’t changed. As I was on the phone I saw a worker that was cleaning the dining area look out at my car and give a very smug smile. Also I tried to call corporate to complain but apparently this location isn’t in the database? I don’t know, some weird stuff going on here. Might as well skip it and go to a different location in my opinion.

Food so bad I left a review a year ago one star. Had to create a new email just to leave another. 4 days in a row I’ve tried to get a chicken biscuit at 7 am and Everytime the chicken is overcooked and not even edible. If it ain’t the chicken it’s the biscuits. I have worked in food for over 20 years and this is pathetic. I’ll put it this way, the chicken is so rubbery/hard I won’t even give it to my dog. That makes me even more angry! That I spend 10 bucks just to throw it in the trash. Come on y’all the food cooks on a timer it’s not rocket science.

They were steadily busy even though it was close to 2pm. The cashier kept walking away while taking our order. Finally got our order in and paid. They forgot my green beans. The chicken was ok but not hot. Mashed potatoes were cold and tasteless even with the gravy. It was just ok. Sometimes they are spot on and food was hot and delicious but not this time.

I get off work with just enough time to get food. Every. Single. Time. They close their store an hour early. I can never. Get anything to eat after work. Ever. Because they clean their grills and cut their fryers an hour early. If you have a scheduled time to close. We expect food to be served till then. Bunch of lazy people.
