Drive thru app order. Ordered it in the parking lot, so I didn’t expect it to be immediately ready. Took a few minutes, but they got it exactly correct. Hot food, nice and spicy! Great service!

Always out of spicy chicken. I used to have Popeyes when I lived I jersey all the time, it was a fave but honestly idk if it was just this one place or if all are different but the classic just has no taste, the spicy is basically just the skin is spicy can’t taste it in the chicken, the breasts are so try I had to make a gravy when I got home. And at 30 bucks for 8 pieces of shitty chicken I shouldn’t have to cook a thing. If I could give no stars I would. The staff was in there cursing and complaining in the back ground I could hear them clearly. I guess it’s time to retire Popeyes for me anyway. It’s just too expensive to not enjoy it.

Went here and order the 10 piece meal with the 12 for 12 wings. Order came down to – total of 37 dollars. When I got home I got not 12 for 12 wings and just extra chicken and nasty Mac n cheese that looked old. Try calling to get a refund or some to make up for this they hung up and did not answered.

Pulled into drive thru with no cars in line. Waited nearly 20 mins for food and was asked to pull up. Only ordered 1 sandwiches a 3pc and a 2pc. Got home and they didn’t put sides in the bag. Called store and they said they there was nothing they could do unless I drove 20 mins back….lol terrible experience

What a bad experience at this place. The woman who helped me was so irresponsible with the service. She took a long time and didn’t even give me a drink. What a frustration. I’m so focused on work that she needs me to arrive on time. I’m a county teacher, and that’s unacceptable. So I wasted money and time. Not a good combination.

Ordered online for delivery. Spent $40 on 1 three piece tender meal with fries and biscuits. And 1 eight piece tenders with biscuits and a large fry, ranch, honey mustard, bbq sauce and sweet heat sauces.
What we received was a Two piece tender meal with a biscuit and 5 little fries. Eight “nuggets” and Three biscuits. A box with a handful of fries and zero sauces. Extremely disappointing doesn’t even begin to accurately state how my family feels right now.

Avoid Popeyes chicken out in Gallatin the place is filthy and the two girls there were too busy talking to each other than to help customers. This place only casters to friends than the people who actually pay their high prices. They used to be a great place to enjoy great food but now they don’t care about the customer.

For fast food – we waited over 10 minutes from placing our order to receiving it. This was about 2 pm and the restaurant was empty of customers and no special orders. Not typical of service we get from other Popeyes.
