I have NEVER had any complaints about the establishment. This past Tuesday, at this location, was the worst. The service was terrible, attitude from the individual taking the order down to food. I’ve never had a worse bowl. Mostly rice and sour cream. Literally 6 pieces of chicken. I paid extra for guacamole and received only approximately one teaspoon. I honestly hate too complain, but was very dissatisfied.

TIPPED. received a bag that looked like it had everything I ordered. went home. upon opening the containers, found out my orders were incomplete and made all wrong. quesadillas container did not have the three selected sides as advertised. I also ordered a salad with no rice and got a burrito bowl full of rice, and half the toppings/ingredients missing. not cool.

The place is clean. The staff was really nice- but the chicken and steak was dry. Hopefully it was a 1 off. This was my first time at this location. I would return and give them 1 more try.

I wish I could give this chipotle no stars but that isn’t possible. My experience was awful, when I asked for more cauliflower rice they told me a second scoop would be $2 extra so I said never-mind, they proceeded to still charge me even when I said no. I also asked for chicken and was given half a scoop, then the worker went into my bowl and removed even more chicken. They also gave 3 pieces of peppers as my “fajitas”. To make the experience even worse, when I got home there was a massive HAIR in my food. This has made me not want to go to a chipotle again where I’m charged $11 for a bowl that isn’t even worth $5

Had this online order delivered on uber eats. These people straight up don’t care whether you’re in person or on line. Quality is trash. I know for darn sure they wouldn’t build their own food with 5 pieces of steak, flip tacos upside down when wrapping or use the wrong salsa.

The staff was jovial and friendly. I don’t have a Chipotle near my house so I often frequent them when in other cities. This one is as good as you’d expect from any other. Atmosphere is industrial, so if you love that look then bump my rating up a notch.
