First-time customer at this location. I ordered and paid via Popeyes app, after 20 minutes of not hearing anything about my order, I went to the store to make sure they recieved my order. They did… waited another 30 to get my food. It was not a huge complicated order! It was chicken fingers , an 8 peice and fries. The MOD and cashiers looked lost the whole time. I was not the only customer in the store at the time that had an awful experience.

My experience was the absolute worst! From the time I pulled up to the order menu to when I pulled off from the window! Who ever the young lady was that took my order was very short, very rude and rushed me to finish my order! I made it home and noticed I am missing items, I understand people having a bad day but the service was just horrible and this is suppose to be a “NEW” location, I will be contacting the supervisor tomorrow morning … Very Disappointing DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

They are always rude. If the food wasn’t good I wouldn’t be going but they are always rude. The managers are too. Always messing up your order. Barely put any red beans in your bowl. Put more rice than anything I have been going since the day they open the doors. I’ve had two nice people up there. Other than that everyone is rude. They act like they hate their job. If people don’t like their job they need to go get the job they like where they are happy and not rude to people. I always tried to go in because they always messing up your order every now and then. They still mess it up when you go in but I usually get it right long as I go in. I hate going through their drive-thru

The food is good, when it’s correct. Ordered a 10 piece family meal and when we got it home, there were only 9 pieces. And they were spicy. (We did not order spicy chicken. My young children cannot handle the spiciness.) Took it all the way back, and the customer service was terrible. It was their fault the order was wrong to begin with.

Service was great. Drive thru time wasn’t too bad. Everything was fresh. They even put extra pickles on my sandwich per my request.. The Hottie Sauce is Everything. I love it on my biscuits. Anyway got home ready to rip my box down and the red beans and rice was more rice than beans. It was dry and rice was very undercooked. That’s my only complaint for this establishment. I’ll see how it goes next visit!

Chicken pieces were small and like warm. The Cajun Fries were hot by my request, The Red Beans and Rice were mostly Rice and tasted like they were really old , the biscuits were good. Worst Meal I ever received from this location.

Store cleanliness was disgusting. Tables dirty, dried spilled beverage under a booth, behind counter was horrendous. Food paper debris on the floor, trash overflowing, service very slow. And yet employees have time to horseplay. I’m done with this store.

I had a very bad experience at the drive thru today. The employee needs to be trained in customer service. The service received today leaves a very bad opinion on this brand. I will definitely not visit this location again, even if it’s the closest location.(Phenix city Ladonia location on hwy 80)
