I stopped here while visiting Jackson and was impressed at the wonderful energy here. The decor and location were nice with a relaxing atmosphere and a great grassy area with lots of people relaxing and enjoying the lovely weather. The service was not super fast, but the bartender told me they were understaffed that night and I believed it because they were busy the whole time I was there, but still provided the info and advice I needed. The food was excellent with the salad being fresh, crisp, and chilled. The oysters, truffle fries, and French onion soup were all wonderful. I look forward to my next chance to visit Eudora’s.

I came here for my 4 year anniversary with my husband and we had the absolute best time! Lola was our server and she was so unbelievably sweet and attentive. The food was innovative, creative, and UTTERLY DIVINE! Lola’s service definitely made the night, though. She didn’t even know we were celebrating until the end of the night and she still made it a night to remember. Her excitement for our meal choices and passion for the dessert options made the meal all the more enticing for us. We owe her the biggest thank you!!! If you’re looking to go somewhere new and interesting for dinner, do yourself a favor and check out Eudora’s! Ask for Lola if you can!

I visited Eudora’s Mississippi Brasserie, and it did not disappoint. The decor was very inviting, and the service was great. I ordered a lavender mocktail, fried quail and waffles, and an order of gumbo. All of the food was outstanding, but the quail had me questioning whether or not chicken should even exist. I found myself going back looking for more even after I had cleaned the plate. The blueberry syrup was unique but a nice added touch. The roux in the gumbo was very rich, and there was a nice amount of protein. I appreciated that it was not loaded with rice. I would love to return and sample some of their other dishes, but I will definitely miss the quail once I return back home.

The food and atmosphere were great! I stood at the entrance on a slow day and was repeatedly ignored by servers until I asked if I could seat myself. My server failed to provide silverware and literally gave me a to-go for gumbo. I enjoy tipping for great service. Needless to say, I left her a minimal tip and tip to improve her performance. I proceeded to the bar and had great service and enjoyed tipping the bartender for great Blanton’s Old Fashioned!

Great experience every time. The food is delicious, we’ve gotten truffle fries every time, but they’re demolished before I can get a picture. The biscuits, oh my, taste like the ones my grandma used to make. JUST GO!! You won’t be disappointed. The atmosphere is amazing. Oh and, get a quarter tones of ten cocktail it’s the best.

A friend and I decided to have brunch here and we truly had the best experience! Neither one of has had tried Eudora’s before but we both said we can’t wait to come back to have dinner with our spouses. We decided to sit at the bar where (I believe his name was) Ryan took care of us. He was phenomenal and just so kind and attentive but in an unobtrusive way. Which was great because we stayed for about two hours enjoying our selves and catching up. The atmosphere is really special here in that you feel transported to a more metropolitan upscale city like New York or Chicago. But best of all was that the food was on point. I had the Eudora burger topped with a sunny side up egg and chose the side salad with vinaigrette. The smash patty was packed with flavor and texture, the candied bacon added a nice sweetness and crunch the egg was luscious but the best part to me was the bun. They call it a cornbread bun, so I was like oh great, this is going to be crumbly and dry…I was very surprised to find that the bun was soft with a hint of sweetness and was not crumbly at all. Personally, I’m over brioche buns being used in every restaurant, so super cool idea here. Salad was fresh with a mix of greens, grape tomatoes, I believe parmigiana and then the dressing was light and flavorful. My friend had the duck bon mi sandwich with fries and greens. She said she could have eaten an entire pot of those greens, they were tangy and packed a punch. The sandwich was on a nice Parisian style bread with a crunchy slaw and duck. She also added an egg to her sandwich. Her fries were salty and crispy, I know because I snagged a few! Again, this was a super cool experience for us and love the vibes!

From the aesthetics of the lights to the hydrangeas hanging from the ceiling, the details of Eudora are quite unprecedented.
On a Friday night my family chose to dine in to see what it was about. The host greet you right at the door, the manager walked us to the table AND made conversation while doing so. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and specials for that night. Last but not least the food was 10 out of 10. New favorite!

Went in on a Monday about 2pm to try the blue plate special- bacon wrapped meat loaf- it wasn’t stellar. Was cold and potatoes were overcooked. The staff was pretty lite and it took a while to get food during the time we went. Enjoyed the martini while waiting- was strong and tasty! The waitress suggested the chef special for that day- fish and grits- spectacular!

Pretty & Pleasant atmosphere. Menu is for an acquired taste. Drinks are superb . Steak frites are very good . The pasta is a great for lunch . The wings were cooked to perfection . The hostess I can’t think of his name, but he gave remarkable service like helping the short staffed waitress out. He also explained the menu out very well . I loved the martinis

I had the black garlic oysters and the smoked duck gumbo. Both were delicious. I also had a glass of wine, well shot of wine, it was really small and it costs $14…..I didn’t like that part! I also ordered a Paloma. I was in Jackson for work, I go at least once a year. I can’t wait to try this place again. I will definitely return. The staff was great as well!!
