We have frequented this Popeyes numerous times since it opened. However, this visit was exceptionally pleasant. JOSHUA was extremely friendly and professional. You don’t normally find such exceptional service with a genuine smile from fast food facilities anymore. His kindness was very refreshing especially on our 43rd Anniversary. He is a true asset to your customer service!

I always order blackened chicken tenders which are cooked to order. While traveling 14+ hours i used the app to make my order so it would be ready when I passed by. Well upon arrival they told me they didn’t see the online order and would have to cook it. I initially was very unhappy as that was the whole point of ordering ahead. The workers were super nice and apologetic and assured me they would get it ASAP in which they did hince why i left a good review as I Usually wouldn’t give such a high review given the situation but the workers definitely had great customer service and I could tell they actually cared.

Food was good but, I would rather go the distance to another location. They took 15 minutes at the speaker yet still didn’t take our order. We drove around to order the worker had an attitude. She went to get her manager that came to the window with an attitude as well. Finally after waiting some more for our order, it was wrong. I went in politely brought it up was met with more poor service. He ended up slinging the food at me across the counter after he corrected the order.

I was there 7/17/23 between 4-5 pm . The last couple of times that I have been here the food was excellent . I do admit that does take a little longer . But the group of guys they have working there now is great . I hope they stay there . They are very friendly and do a very good job ! Thanks for finally getting a great group of employees. Finally !

Mobile app isn’t user friendly. Menu is hard to navigate amongst different submenus. Have to go back to the main menu to get to other choices. Staff friendly when they understand you and are not busy. Not friendly at all otherwise. Good deals on app orders, but you can’t get them without it. Good place for eating out occasionally, just don’t go on busy days/times.
