Placed a mobile order and it took over 30 minutes longer than the regular 20 minutes stated in the app. I placed the order at 6:47 and the order should’ve been ready at 7:08 per the carry out order TV in the lobby area. Here I am at 7:31 and I was finally greeted by someone asking who I was picking up for and was then let known that it’s going to be an additional 15 minutes since they just put it in the oven….

I ordered carryout but I went into the store & waited on the food to be made. I have only the most positive things to say about the 2 ladies who helped me, they were very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable about anything I had a question about. The pizza did bubble up improperly so the manager remade it and let me know she did as she didn’t watch to send me home with 2 large spots on the pizza and I appreciate that, would rather wait several more minutes than be unhappy with my food at home! Great job to this Pizza Hit & staff!

Came in to get my carry out, guy working saw me standing at the counter awaiting to pickup my order but he went and sat down in the back for 10 minutes-till I said “hello?!” Then another guy stopped what he was doing, came up to help me that had been busy making pizzas. The other guy said he doesn’t let “this shit” get to him (talking about me)

I was told they were aware if pizza falling apart. When I asked would you still serve me this thought if you seen it was falling apart. The response was because it’s company policy and didn’t realize it was that bad. Issued credit but I have to use it at this store I don’t even live next to. Also after that, I would another pizza made else were. This pizza fought was clearly expired or some. You couldn’t even fold it in have without it falling apart. Pizza bites anyone

I was told “New Management” and new cook, but absolutely no excuses for sending out a thin crust Supreme with no vegetables. I posted a year ago, how I had gotten the best Supreme I have ordered in 30 years. That statement cannot be true today. Check your orders since new management is not checking orders going out the door.

Where to start. Four out of five of my most recent orders were made wrong. On 05Jun25, I ordered large meat lovers on thin crust with garlic parm sauce, no pork and beef (those are actual toppings), and add tomatoes and onions. My pizza showed up with tomato sauce. I called and gave my order to a “manager” who, of course, blamed the staff for not reading the orders. She sent a new pizza (an hour later) with the general manager. This pizza was WRONG TOO! The crust and sauce were both right, but no pepperoni, no ham, and no bacon. Just chicken and chicken sausage. I explained to her that I wanted my pork products, just not the toppings called “pork” and “beef.” What is a meat lovers pizza with chicken and chicken sausage only. She offered to bring me another pizza, but I declined because I didn’t want to wait another hour. The general manager then offered a voucher for 2 free large pizzas. Yesterday, 21Jun25 I used that voucher (now it was limited to $30). I ordered IN PERSON with the same general manager that delivered my previous bad pizza (she remembered me). Feeling confident in her managerial skills, I sent my son to pick up the order. Guess what! WRONG AGAIN!! The meats and crust were correct, but the sauce was wrong, and no tomatoes and onions were added. I do the surveys religiously, and this last time asked to be contacted, but I have not been up to this point. I quit going to Marcos because they couldn’t get my order correct, so it looks like Papa John’s may get their shot. Why isn’t management checking orders before they leave the store?

This was the worst pizza experience of my life. We called in two pizzas and when we got there we waited for 45 minutes and they had not started the pizza. There were about 12 people waiting in the lobby and no one was getting their pizzas. The four people working did not know what they were doing. I asked for a refund and the manager did not know how to give me my money back and informed me we had to come back the following day. Why and how can someone be promoted to manager without knowing how to run the register? I then drove to the powder springs store and they had my pizza ready in 15 minutes. This store is a disgrace and the franchisee needs to be held accountable for hiring incompetent people. The store is also dirty. This place is a disgrace to all Pizza Huts. Wow, how far they have fallen. They gave me a store credit but I will not believe it until I actually get it. I also went online to the customer service chat. They said that someone would get back with me and email me but they have not. Nothing has been done and it is now three weeks later. This is a classic example of people from other countries buying a franchise and NOT keeping our standards that for that franchise and they run it into the ground. It is a shameful disgrace! Why does Pizza Hut Corporation let this happen? This is why Pappa Johns and Johnnys pizza are beating them. The board of directors at Pizza Hut has obviously been compromised because they clearly no longer have high standards for Franchisees or staff and clearly do not care of Pizza Hut goes out of business. Do not go here and do not go to Pizza Hut. Another great American franchise gone. This has happened to me multiple times now and it is the same Franchisee’s .

Do not eat here!!! I placed an order at 8:04pm and it said it would be ready at 8:24pm. Got there around 8:40pm expecting to get my order. WRONG! I waited at the counter for a few minutes as a lady was out front scrubbing the front and talking to a couple sitting on the curb. Finally a younger man came and asked me what my name was. I told him and he went and grabbed my order. I ordered the box meal that comes with a deep dish pizza, bread sticks and cinna sticks. I also ordered fries and cinnaminis. Well there isn’t a deep dish pizza, apparently they don’t have them anymore but they are still on the menu, and it’s corporate fault according to Angie, after I had to call her inside!! Why wouldn’t someone call and tell me. So now I have a regular pizza which I don’t want and the kid informs me that he didn’t see the cinnaminis and I have to wait 10 more minutes for them! It’s already 40 minutes after I placed my ordered!!! I was so upset. I let Angie know, now my other food has to get cold waiting for them. I asked for them remake it all so it would be hot together but then changed my mind and just got a refund!! I haven’t eaten Pizza Hit in so long and this is exactly why! I’ll stick to Papa John’s who I order from faithfully 2-3 a month. I wanted the deep dish but it didn’t want me!! Avoid this location!! So slow and inaccurate orders!!
